One thing I'll admit a flaw i have is my inability to look past my emotions. It is a major weakness. Love, happiness, sorrow, desperation all of them each have their own toll and consequences. I was happy, rose color on my cheeks and heart. However just like death, change is inevitable.

It was raining, tears dripping down my face. I was running a mission for Albert when I got the call. Red... that's what I saw. I have gone from two to one. Then by some strange form of luck, one to four. Now it's two again.

Excella claimed it was an accident. I knew better. I was smarter than that. Those things were neither mine or Wesk's designs. They were exposed cockroaches. Me and Albert saw the reports of skittering in the abandoned research wing halls, the missile silos... Albert ordered Excella to send someone to investigate.

The B.O.Ws had gotten into the staff quarters. Two weeks after we sent the orders for the investigation, Cryo Wolf was escorting Steve. He who was bringing the triplets to the medical wing for their vaccines. I was a fool, should've done it myself. Evelyn, Eva, once again death of those I held dear were on my hands. They weren't even two yet.

They didn't even get laid to rest properly.  The connections, tsk the bastards always had someone some where. No matter, I was never meant to be a mother for long. H.U.N.K agreed to look after Erebus. At least he'd have his brother. A connection i no longer had.

In this world, there are many rules that are unspoken. Albert and I know this oh so well, yet the one thing most don't consider is one key fact. Every person has a unique view point, no matter how insignificant it could be everyone's life is different. Albert's idea of the main rule of the world, is regarding power.

"The only thing that can defeat power, is more power. That is the one constant in this universe. However, there is no point in power if it consumes itself."

He said this so many times. Both before the Mansion incident, and recently. He and I agree on this to certain degrees. It's why he and I are both cautious. If you had asked me in 1981, I would have agreed whole heartedly.

Change, it's as much of a bitch as karma. My father when I was growing used to tell me something. It is what inspired me to step into the world of science. That knowledge and wisdom  are a circle. What you recieve you must give back.

Yet slowly as I grew and my life fell apart, over and over, I learned something else did. It's strange, I never was one who believed in karma. But now as i look upon the crumbling ruins of the battlefield of my mind, it is prevalent. Suffering to is a circle, karma is more than a bitch. It is hell.

If I were to ask my past self, what tlshe'd call me. I wonder if she see the saint, the one who suffered for everyone. Or perhaps would she see the sinner, see the cruelty i committed that dyed my heart as cold and as dark as the obsidian I can create.

I am truly the worst. A shadow of a light playing in so many shades of grey that who I am fades to the back. This is not who this world needs, this is not who i am... it is January 13th 2009. A single question in my head.

"Who are you?"

Now as i look on the experiments, i knew. I am Tabitha E. Wesker, the one  who is the opposite side of Wesker's coin. A twisted tormented soul on this carousel of life locked into play catch up to my husband.

I am the ashes of the Pheonix waiting to be reborn once again. A fallen archangel who should've never existed. But that nihilistic bullshit has never been like me. After all this is my story right.

My headset went off and i pressed the button, "Azrael speaking."
