Gao Tu x Shen Wenlang: {Something New} [M]

  When the idea came up, it was talked about for a while. Wenlang and Tu had lost both of their virginities in one night, and had lost each other for three years after that due to multiple misunderstandings.

  They've done it a few more times after Wenlang had moved in next door, and Lele had given his baba the permission to come over without needing to wait. So - they had used their time catching up and doing.. much more.

  Wenlang, though he was hesitant and shy, had been the one to bring it up. He wanted to know what his lover felt, because he'd never had the time to explore it, being too naive to realize he was in love, but too subconsciously loyal to go with someone else.

  Besides - he's an S-level Alpha. That only naturally meant being judged if he wanted to try something else. Something, more.

  He knows Tu won't ever judge him or despise him, but he had still been scared after all these years, that he would be abandoned once more.

  Gao Tu had said he wasn't opposed to trying it, after all.. he said he was thinking about it, too. But it's been a few days, and Wenlang was just about to drop off Lele to go play with Peanut.

  It was about time Shaoyu took pity on them being the ones to take care of the kids all the time, anyway. But now- Shen Wenlang feels a nervousness rushing through him. He's restless when he drops Gao Lele off, he knows it's about to happen when he comes back home - he's tried prepping himself.. secretly, and it doesn't feel right. Wenlang is too shy to try and search it even on the internet, so it's painful and dry, so he hadn't tried again.

  He had wondered if this was what Gao Tu felt on their first time - having not remembered any of it nor the amount of slick that had to be used. But even with the glide of the older man's slick when they truly did it under full consciousness (feeling like fumbling teenagers even as they were in their 30s), did it hurt Tu like it hurt Wenlang?

  Even before he realized, the Alpha had already been standing in front of the door to Tu's door, pacing. The nervousness spikes in his scent, leaking through the bottom cracks when he bites on his nails. An S-level Alpha like him shouldn't even be scared of pain, it's not like it takes him forever to heal, anyway. But, still.

  Gao Tu could smell the Iris' nervousness as he cleaned his kitchen. The dustpan tilting into the trash before it closed with a soft click. He knows Wenlang is behind his front door, and he knows what's running through that pretty head with just the knowledge of the scent alone.

  He doesn't need to see his mate to know he's biting his nails, pacing, and hesitating to even knock on the door.

  But he waits instead of opening the door. The scent is so strong, Tu can feel him move. He waits for Wenlang to give him a subtle knock on the door, or just go away all together. His eyes glance to the door, then gone back to his tidying. Lele was a good kid, he tries his best to clean his messes, so it had only been the dust collecting on shelves that Tu would need to clean.

  It was 30 minutes until he hears it. A small one. That scent had never left his door once, so the Omega had started to become worried. But he had opened the door the moment he heard it. "Come in."

  From Wenlang's blushed face, he can already tell the younger man had realized Tu was waiting. ".. Sorry."

  These small improvements in how Wenlang had talked never fails to warm Gao Tu. He's putting how he truly feels into words instead of small bursts of angers that Tu now understood as frustration towards himself (Wenlang) for not being able to say how he felt. The Alpha always had those moments where he had truly spoken without thinking, mouth running before his head had a chance to catch up.
