Hearing this, Prashant and his family gulped in tension, exchanging nervous glances. After a brief silence, Meera heard Prashant's fearful voice,

"'She... she is my wi... wife... and da... daughter...'"

Hearing this, everyone in Meera's family was shocked. Meera's eyes filled with tears. Why was it always her who got hurt, whose heart broke?

Vidya looked at the groom's family and said,

"Is that true...? Is he already married?"

Hearing this, his mother attempted to say some manipulative words, but Vidya could see the truth reflected in their faces—especially in the woman standing there, holding the baby in her arms and crying silently. Vidya felt on the verge of collapsing, but Maansi caught her from behind. Sobbing, Vidya cried out:

"Hey............. Bhagwan kyun... kyun.... Har baar meri bachhi ke saath hi aisa hota hai? Kya ki hai akhir hum logon ne itna sab kuch jhelane ke liye? Maansi dekho aaj phir se ek baar meri wajah se meri hi bachhi ki zindagi kharab hogayi ........ Yeh kya ho gaya... Ab kya hoga uska...... Meri bachhi toh akeli pad jayegi is duniya mein aise ........ Toh........"

(Oh... God, why... why... does this always happen with my daughter? What have we done to endure all this? Maansi, look, once again, because of me, I've ruined my own daughter's life... What has happened... My daughter will be left alone in this world like this... So...)

Hearing all this, Meera stood there crying in silence, watching her mother break down for her. It was the worst scene she could ever imagine—but today, she was facing it.

After some time, seeing all this, Suryansh stepped forward and said without hesitation:

"Agar aapko koi etraaz nahi hai toh unse main shaadi karunga......."
(If you have no objection, I will marry her...)

Hearing this, everyone turned to look at him in shock. After a few seconds, he continued:

"Main yeh toh nahi kahunga ki unke aankhon mein aansu nahi aayenge lekin itna zaroor dhyan rakhunga ki jab bhi aaye unhe ponchne mein wahan rahunga aur main koshish karunga ki har ek aansu khushi ke aansu ho."

(I won't say that tears won't come from her eyes, but I will make sure that whenever they do, I'll be there to wipe them away. I will try to make each tear one of happiness.)

Hearing this, Vidya, Maansi, Meera, and the others were stunned, but Vedansh, Veer, Vishant, and Dhruv smiled, seeing this change in him.

But Meera suddenly said with teary eyes:
"Lekin mujhe manzoor nahi hai."
(But I don't agree.)

Hearing this, Suryansh looked at Meera and said:
"Kya hum akele mein baat kar sakte hain?"
(Can we talk alone?)

Hearing his deep, stressed voice, Meera got a little nervous but still said with fake confidence on her face:
"There is nothing to talk about between us, Mr. Rathore."

Hearing this, he smirked and said:
"Ho sakta hai pachtaye aap kuch baaton ko jaanne ke baad."
(You might regret it after knowing some things.)

Hearing this, she frowned and looked at her mother, who was looking at her. Seeing this, Suryansh said with the same attitude:

"Chaliye andar chalke baat karte hain."

(Come, let's go inside and talk.)

Saying this, he walked away from there, and she followed him slowly.
