"Agar aaj inhe aise hi chhod diya toh pata nahi kitnon ki zindagi aur barbaad karenge ye log."

(If we let them go like this today, who knows how many more lives they will ruin.)

Saying this, she got up from there and went out. Seeing this, Suryansh gestured to Laksh to follow her.

Seeing this, Suryansh said

"Dhruv, leke jao sabko aur achhese dhyan rakhna hamare mehemano ka."

(Dhruv, take everyone and take good care of our guests.)

As Mamta left, the groom's family began to panic and beg in front of Vidya, but Vidya stood there, staring into nothingness. Seeing this, Suryansh gestured for Dhruv to take the family away, and he led them out with the help of some bodyguards. Once they had left, he looked at Vidya and said,

"Chinta mat kijiye, Mrs. Sharma. Aapki beti ko koi takleef nahi hone dunga. Ab woh sirf aapki beti aur meri patni hi nahi, balki Hukum Rani Sa bhi hai."

(Don't worry, Mrs. Sharma. I won't let your daughter face any trouble. Now, she is not just your daughter and my wife, but also the Sovereign Queen.)

Hearing him, Vidya looked at Suryansh with deep pain in her eyes and said,

"Kis bharose se yeh baat keh rahe hai aap, Raja Sa...? Takleef toh aaj bhi hui hai use aapki wajah se... Jis tarah se aap pesh aa rahe the meri beti ke saath, use dekhne ke baad bhi kaise vishwas karu main aapka aur aapki baaton ka?"

(On what grounds are you saying this, Your Highness? She suffered even today because of you... After seeing how you were behaving with my daughter, how can I trust you or your words?)

Suryansh fell silent for a few seconds and then, looking into her eyes, he said,

"Mrs. Sharma, bhale hi main unse thoda naraz hoon aur shayad gussa bhi, lekin iska matlab yeh nahi ki main unko takleef mein dekhna pasand karunga... Itna bhi bura insaan nahi hoon main. Aapki beti se pyar karta hoon, isiliye aaj sabke saamne izzat se phir se shaadi karke leke ja raha hoon, nahi toh zabardasti se leke jaana bhi jaanta hoon main."

(Mrs. Sharma, even if I am a bit upset or perhaps angry with her, it doesn't mean I would enjoy seeing her in pain... I am not that bad a person. I love your daughter; that is why I am marrying her again with respect in front of everyone today. Otherwise, I also know how to take her by force.)

Hearing him, tears started to gather in Vidya's eyes as she looked at Suryansh and said,

"Jo bhi ho, woh ab aapki jimmedari hai. Usne khud aapko chuna hai apne liye, isliye aap par naa sahi, apni beti ke upar bharosa hai."

(Whatever the case, she is your responsibility now. She chose you herself; therefore, even if I don't trust you, I trust my daughter.)

As they spoke, Meera arrived wearing the lehenga and jewellery he had provided. As her bajeb (anklets) started to make a sound, he turned and looked at her. She was coming with her Maasi and some cousins. She looked so beautiful that Suryansh couldn't take his eyes off her for minutes; even behind the ghunghat (veil), her face was shining like the moon, but the missing thing was happiness in her bright eyes. Vidya, who was standing with Suryansh, also looked at Meera, and unknowingly, her eyes filled with tears seeing her daughter as a bride and as someone's wife. Everyone's eyes were on Meera, but she was walking numbly, without any expression.

While everyone's eyes were on Meera, Pandit ji called the groom and bride to the mandap. Hearing this, Suryansh looked at the mandap and then his gaze shifted to Meera again. While looking at her intently, he went and stood in front of her. Seeing this, Maansi looked at both Meera and Suryansh and then let go of Meera's hand. Without any expression, Suryansh held Meera's bangle-filled hand in his strong grip and took her to the mandap, making her sit next to him. She was reacting as if she were not in her senses; only her eyes were reacting by shedding tears.
