"Who's gonna be the first one to compromise...

Who's gonna be the first one to set it all on fire...

Who's gonna be the last one to drive away...

Forgetting every single promise we ever made....!!"

Alya's P.O.V.

The moment the driver stopped outside the main gate of my house, the paparazzi, who were already there, gathered around my car and started flashing lights of their cameras; throwing all kind of stupid questions at me, which I'd expected to be honest; especially after all those pictures of Liam and Claire which had been going viral on twitter.

But there was no way I could escape all this now. Could I? I had to face the media people sooner or later. And with that thought, I wore my shades and pulled off a strong face before stepping out of my car.

"Did Liam cheat on you, yet again?"

"How are you feeling after all that has happened, Alya?"

"Did you and Liam broke up?"

"What do you have to say about Liam's pictures with Claire?"

"Are you guys still together?"

And some more ruthless questions were thrown into my face, mercilessly, without even thinking about what I might be going through at the moment. Instead of saying anything, I just passed a small smile in order to show that everything was fine and finally, made my way inside.

Stepping inside the house, I noticed Chloe walking down the stairs. Getting rid of my shades, I passed her a small smile which she returned, making the way towards me. "Here." She gestured me to hand over the small bag to her and I did, before walking towards the couch.

"Your suitcases have been placed in your room but I, still, didn't unpack them, umm, because I..." She stopped in the middle of her sentence and I turned around to look at her. Passing me a sympathetic look, she continued, "I thought you might want to go back, you know."

"Its...Its fine. Thank you." I spoke in a low voice while reaching for my phone from the pocket of my jeans. I didn't want to talk about that topic, at least for now, and sympathy is the last thing that I would want from anybody. I just hate it when people do that to me.

"I'll make you a cup of tea, real quick." Chloe's voice brought me back into the real world and I, immediately, called for her. "No no. I'm good." I said and her steps came to an halt. "You can leave, Chloe. I'll call you if I need your help with anything."

Passing a small smile, I turned my back towards her and tried to act busy with my phone but in reality, I was simply scrolling through the apps. "You sure you're okay?" Her tender voice fell in my ears and I nodded. "Absolutely." I told her with a fake smile plastered on my face.

Locking the door after she left, I laid down on the couch, not knowing what to do with my life anymore; what to do with myself anymore. It wasn't long before the tears that I'd been holding in, came streaming down my face when the reality hit me once again that Liam had, actually, cheated on me.

Tightly, covering my mouth with the palm of my hand, I curled my body in a ball and closed my eyes while the tears continued flowing one after the other. It was taking everything inside me to stop myself from screaming. But somewhere, I badly wanted to scream out loud; Scream at the top of my voice because I couldn't be strong anymore. I had had enough of everything.
