"I hope you find someone you cannot live without...

And I hope you never have to know what it's like to have to try and live without them...!!"

Alya's P.O.V.

"I'll be back in a minute." Pez spoke, walking across the dressing room and seemed in a bit of hurry.

"Yeah. Okay." I spoke aloud, giving her a thumbs sign in return without turning around since the hair-stylist was working on my hair at that point of time.

The second I heard the creak of the door, meaning Pez had stepped out, I grabbed my phone from my lap and dialed Liam's number for the fifth time in the past one hour but it went into the voice-mail, the fifth time.

It'd been four days since I last met Liam or even talked to him properly over the phone. And most of the times when I used to call him up, he seemed to be sort of busy and couldn't even talk to me, let alone visit me at the rehearsals.

Simon Sir called me up the very next day when we had dinner at Zayn's parents' place to inform me that he had scheduled a charity performance for me with the 'Little Mix' band and since then, Pez and I had been going absolute nuts.

I had to wait for the whole freaking day to give that amazing news to Liam since he was busy with his maternal auntie's family who were supposed to be visiting his place. But the strange thing was that the next day when I finally told him about the performance, he didn't sound too excited about it or something; Just a simple, "That's great!" remark and that too, in a monotone. And since then, he'd been super-busy.

But I had to take into consideration his condition also as he was too exhausted because of his tour; On top of that, the lads also had to shoot a music-video for their upcoming single and then, a few interviews were lined up for the promotion of their new album. So I tried to give him as much space as possible so that he could spend the free time with his mom and dad because I knew how much he'd missed them while he was away.

"Pick up the phone. Pick up the phone." I mentally demanded Liam after dialing his number again and it kept on ringing. I just wanted to remind him that it was the day of my performance and that, he should be here in fifteen minutes, else he would miss it. But the call again went into the voice-mail and I let out a frustrated sigh.

"How much more time?" I asked the hair-stylist in a calm voice, meeting her eyes in the mirror in-front of us. I really wanna be alone for sometime.

"Almost done." She said, passing me a small smile. Spraying a little on my hair, she ran her fingers through the tips and then, informed me that she was done before finally heading out of the room.

Sinking into my seat, I closed my eyes and starting inhaling and exhaling deep breaths so as to calm down my inner worked-up emotions. 'He must be busy somewhere. He'll call once he gets free.' I tried to make myself feel better with whatever I could think of and hoped that my baby would show up at the last minute.

A minute later, the door of my green-room flew open and I opened my eyes only to find Zayn stepping inside, followed by Pez. A wide smile canvassed my face and I quickly stoop up on my feet, thinking that Liam might had thought of giving me a surprise visit and that was why, he wasn't answering my calls.

"Alyaaaa." Zayn spoke aloud, walking in my direction with his arms spread in the air and I hastily walked towards him before wrapping my arms around his back. "Zaynnnn." I squealed with joy and pulled back a few seconds later before glancing at the door but nobody else was there.
