"She loved mysteries so much

That she became one...!!"

Liam's P.O.V.

Zayn, Harry and me were sat in Zayn's room, waiting for Louis, Niall and Alya to arrive at the studio. I had first thought about stopping by at Alya's place and pick her up on the way but then dropped the idea, thinking that it would make me look like a desperate guy.

Which, in all honesty, I am when it comes to Alya.

But for now, I really need to give her some space. I need to wait and see if she misses me like I miss her; If she makes an effort and tries to talk to me like I do; If she gets excited to see me like I am dying to see her and also.....

The ringtone of Harry's phone interrupted me in my thoughts, bringing me back into the real world and I shifted a bit on my seat. Accepting the call, he made the way out of the room and I noticed that Zayn was sprawled on his bed, looking like he could fall asleep any moment then while I was sitting on the couch, scrolling through the news-feed of my twitter account.

Actually, Paul had called up everyone for an urgent meeting and we kinda had a vague idea that he might be wanting to talk about the collaboration scene with Alya but then, it could be anything else too, since there were no upcoming awards in the coming month.

I was stalking an update account which had posted recent pictures of Alya from the same morning, in which she was standing in the parking lot, talking to somebody who was still sitting in the car when the pictures were being clicked and so, I couldn't make out who it was.

Ever since Alya had come back from India, most of the fandom had been talking about how they missed her and how they missed seeing Liya together. And that thought alone, used to bring a big smile on my face because I had missed Liya as well. The most, if I'm being honest!

"Are you gonna invite her to your party or not?" Zayn spoke out of the blue, his sudden words caught me off-guard and I looked up from the screen of my phone.

He wasn't laying on the bed anymore; Instead, he was half-sitting and half-laying with his back, leaning against the head-board and he was struggling hard to keep his eyes open.

"You mean my birthday party, right?" I asked while locking my phone and he nodded, finally meeting my gaze.

I had discussed this thing with Zayn, a few days ago, but back then, he was as confused about it as I was. So we both reached at a conclusion that it would better if we waited for another 2 or 3 days and then see what should be done, depending upon Alya's behavior towards me.

"You know that I want to." I started off, flipping the phone in the air like I used to do with my mic and continued, "But I'm not hundred percent sure about her... Like, if she would agree or not."

"I guess she will, mate." He said, passing me a small smile which I returned.

"So you think I should talk to her about the party today?" I was still sounding unsure. He sat up straight on the bed and reached for his phone from the side-table.

"Yeaaahh." He said while yawning and glanced at me before continuing, "I mean, unless you want to wait for another day or two and.. like.. talk to her once the party is over." His tone hinted sarcasm and I rolled my eyes at him.

"I'm nervous, okay." I spoke in a bit stern voice and he rolled his eyes this time.

"Just tell me one thing, Leeyum? When in the world are you not nervous?" He sneered and I flipped a cushion at him in response, which hit him on his face.
