"He stared at her, knowing with certainty that he was falling in love.

He pulled her close and kissed her beneath a blanket of stars, wondering how on earth had he been lucky enough to find her."

Liam's P.O.V.

Waking up the next morning, I tried to move when I felt some weight on my upper body. Upon opening my eyes, I found Alya lying next to me, the side of her face was then resting on the back of her hand, which in turn was resting on my chest. Her expressions seemed too calm as if nothing was wrong or miserable in her life.

The last day's events suddenly flashed in my head and I could not stop myself from picturing Alya's childhood, which seemed abandoned and full of hatred from her dad. The thought of her being so lonely all the time and not getting any love from her own father, made me feel miserable and I shut my eyes tightly to drive away those awful thoughts from my mind.

She is indeed a very strong girl.

I could feel myself falling more and more for Alya with each passing day, with each passing hour, and with each passing minute that I was getting to spend with her. She was a beautiful person not only from just outside but, from inside too, she was so full of love.

I glanced at the girl lying in my arms once again and I made a promise to myself that I would never hurt her or let anyone else hurt her for that matter. I would give her all the love and happiness that she had always deserved.

Suddenly, she moved in my embrace, letting out a heavy sigh and a strand of her hair slipped down before resting on her face. Reaching for her cheek, I tried to slide her hair back carefully with my index finger but, somehow, I managed to wake her up by my touch and she opened her eyes, letting out a soft groan.

Meeting her gaze, I passed her a tight-lipped smile and mouthed 'sorry' while she closed her eyes again without giving any response. "Morning princess," I whispered against the skin of her forehead.

"Not for me." She mumbled, changing her side and then pulled the blanket up, covering herself completely from head to toe.

"You are literally Zaynie's sister. You know that, right?" I laughed at my own words and shook my head amusingly at how similar both of them were when it came to sleeping and waking up.

"Thanks." She uttered from under the cover and I let out a chuckle before grabbing my phone from the bedside table.

3 missed calls from Zayn?

Quickly getting up, I headed to my room in Alya's house and dialled Zayn's number. Since he did not answer the first time, I tried again, thinking that it might be some emergency. As I was about to cut the call, somebody picked up the phone.
