"He is not fond of the rules."
*Door Opens*
Paul Higgens, the Tour Manager of the One Direction band, steps inside the studio followed by Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan. They all seem a bit fidgety for some reason, especially Liam.
Liam's P.O.V.
"But why do we have to go? I don't understand that at all." I snapped at everybody present in the room.
I knew, I was sounding like an asshole but I was least bothered about the tone that I had just used because I was too annoyed at that point in time. Everybody seemed to be against me in whatever I had to say then.
"Because I am saying it," Paul's authoritative voice fell in my ears. "I've been told by the management--" He informed and glanced at each one of us as he continued talking, --"So you all have to go!" His tone was stern then. After that, he got back to whatever he was doing on his laptop.
Throwing my hands in the air, hopelessly, I let out a frustrated sigh and sat on the sofa.
"Umm, I think we should go, Liam." Harry started off in a low voice and I snapped my head in his direction as he continued speaking, --"We still have to go and watch the one who's gonna perform with us at the BRITS." He finished, finally taking the seat next to me and I passed him a shocked look in return.
"So, you agree with the management at this?" I asked with raised brows, still taken a bit off-guard by his words. He can't be serious right now!
"Yeah bro, it'll be fun!" He remarked, passing me a wide smile and patted on my shoulder, twice.
Huffing, I shook my head at his unexpected behavior and then, I watched Louis and Niall, who too seemed to be agreeing with Harry's opinion. To be honest, I could not believe them. Finally, glancing at Zayn, I raised my brows at him, hoping that at least he would give my side.
"You won't regret going there, Leeyum." Here we go. "Trust me, bro. I've heard her sing before; she's great!" He exclaimed, already sounding too impressed by whosoever was going to join us.
Cool. That means I am on my own. Like always.
"Also, she being an Indian could help you guys create more fanbase out there." Paul's voice interrupted our conversation and we all turned to look at him. "It's for your own benefit. Think about it, boys." He explained his point further and I noticed how the lads nodded in response.
What the hell is wrong with all of them? Since when do we need someone's help to promote ourselves? We have been doing this for the past four years and almost everybody knows us. I am seriously not getting their logic.
