"How can you miss someone when you are in the same room with them?" They asked.
"I have no idea. But I do." I told them.
Liam's P.O.V.
I felt Alya pulling back from the hug slowly, and I loosened my grip a bit to meet her gaze. Passing me a meek smile, she looked away. "I'm feeling cold now." She told me in a low voice and I couldn't help but chuckle, making her meet my eyes again.
Placing a soft kiss on her lips, I grabbed the tee from the counter next to me and then, I finally slid it down her head, up until its original length. "See. Now you look adorable." I teased her and she giggled, blushing a bit in response.
Returning her a loving smile, I quickly changed into my other tee before picking up my girl in my arms, the bridal way, and finally made the way out of the kitchen. Walking across the lobby, I carefully put her down on the couch and pulled the duvet up, covering her lower body.
Placing a soft kiss on her forehead, I had just turned around when Alya called out for me, causing my steps to come to a halt and I glanced in her direction again. "Where are you going?" She questioned in a confused tone and I placed a quick kiss on the tip of her nose.
"I'll just be back, sweetheart," I told her, making my way back towards the kitchen.
After a few minutes, I stepped back into the lobby. Alya was then busy swapping the channels on the television. "Who wants hot chocolate?" I spoke aloud, walking across the lobby, catching Alya's attention and she instantly turned around, flashing one of her biggest smiles at me.
"Me. Me. Me." She squeaked, stretching the third 'me' excitedly and that beautiful smile of hers made my heart skip a beat, like always.
Jesus Christ! This girl owns my soul.
Swiftly, she pulled the whole duvet towards herself and after I took the seat next to her on the couch, she wrapped the cover around my legs. "You're the best!" She remarked, taking one mug from my hand and leaned closer, placing a hard kiss on my left cheek. "And I love you so much."
Glancing in her direction, I tapped the tip of her nose with the index finger of my free hand, making her giggle and then, I kissed her lips softly. "I love you so much, too," I told her in a loving voice, earning a kiss from her before she finally dived into her hot chocolate.
Grabbing the remote control from the table in front of me, I put some random news channel on the television but my Alya, being the huge hater of news that she is, snatched the remote from my hand and changed the channel to the Disney one. Then again, I wasn't in the mood of watching any cartoon show at that time so I changed the channel to the sports one.
After that, both of us argued over what to watch for a couple of minutes before we finally agreed upon the same thing. Some channel was showing 'The Letters to Juliet' and my girl somehow convinced me to watch it. I mean, how someone could say no to such a sweetheart, especially when she's looking at you with those innocent eyes and pouting like a little girl.
