Allison flew back to Toronto a night later. She went home before she went to her hotel in Toronto. She had a lot to talk to Kara about. And she wanted to hear about her best friend's New Years kiss.

Kara let her come over. Allison was all smiles. She told Kara about running into the McDavids, all about Sam, how she was actually interested in him, and everything else that happened. Then she got an idea.

"Where is Erie on the second?" Allison grinned.

"Mississauga?" Kara's brows furrowed.

"Come to the game and bring Dylan. I can get you in, I just have to ask Sam." Allison explained, typing on her phone.

"Why do I need to bring Dylan?" Kara asked.

"To see Connor. I can tell he's been down because of Sam and I." Allison said, still typing.

"Who cares?" Kara spat.

"I do. I still care about Connor." Allison rolled her eyes. "Just in a different way."

"Alright, fine." Kara sighed.

Allison and Kara were both in Allison's hotel room that night. The same hotel as the team. There was a knock on their door. Allison answered. Kara saw her glowing. She must've really been into Sam. But it wasn't Sam when she opened the door. It was Connor.

"Uh, h-"

He cut her off by kissing her. "I needed a New Years kiss." He stated.

"We aren't doing this." She hissed. "I'm seeing Sa-"

"To get back at me." Connor cut her off. "I haven't talked to another girl since you. I can't-"

"I am not doing this." She stopped him. "Please go back to your room."

"Al, please." He frowned.

"What's going on?" Sam's voice interrupted.

Connor spun to face him. "Did you know Allison's my ex? Did she tell you that?" He spat.

"She didn't have to tell me, I follow you on Instagram." Sam chuckled.

Allison held back a laugh. "Connor, please go." She exhaled.

"Dyl's coming to your game tomorrow." Kara said, walking out to him. "He'll be here soon. Do you wanna go hang out with him?"

Connor nodded, still glaring at Sam. "Yeah."

Connor walked away. Sam walked over to Allison and kissed her. Kara squeezed Connor's hand. He frowned at her. She just shrugged. He was at fault. He was the one that cheated. Allison was free to move on as she pleased.
