The giant group of guys and Allison made their way out the next day. They went to a new artist every twenty minutes, or that's at least what it felt like.

Dylan was beyond excited to see Chase Rice. Allison could tell how excited he was and it was adorable. She kept smiling up at him as he was screaming for the show to start already. Alli felt hands wrap around her and knew it was Connor. She held onto his hands while he kissed behind her ear.

"What's got you so smiley?" He hummed in her ear.

"Dylan's so cute. Look at how excited he is." She cooed.

Chase Rice came on and Dylan lost it. Allison sang and danced with Connor, and then Mitch, and then Dylan. They made it through half of the set list doing this.

As Chase Rice started talking about the next song while his band played the beat of it, Allison felt a hand grab her wrist. She looked Mitch in the eyes, he looked concerned.

"I lost Dylan!" Mitch cried.

"He just took off." Dylan's friend, Nic, added.

Allison frowned. She turned around and saw Connor with an arm around Sam Bennett, singing his heart out. She decided to let the guys continue their fun and she'd go find Dylan. She gave Mitch a reassuring smile.

"I'll find him. Just stay here." She instructed Mitch, Nick, and the other couple of guys standing there.

She made her way through the crowd. She was being as polite as she could, but being drunk, worried, and annoyed of the people not letting her through was a bad combination. She started shoving her way through. She wasn't even trying to get to the front, what was wrong with these people?

She broke through the crowd and made her way to the camping grounds. She ignored all comments made at her. Drunk guys were assholes.

She used her phone as a flashlight when she got near the site, but shut it off when she saw their tent glowing. She walked over quietly. She could hear Dylan sniffling, maybe even sobbing. She felt her heartbreak.

"Dyl?" She called out quietly.

"Uh, yeah." He cleared his throat.

She unzipped the tent, ducking in. "You're missing Chase Rice! What's going on?" She asked, sitting down next to him.

He looked at her frowning. He had tears running down his face and glossy eyes. She frowned and pulled him into her arms, his cowboy hat falling from his hat. He cried into her chest while she stroked his hair. He was crying hard. Allison couldn't figure out what was wrong.

"That was our song." He finally spoke. "I used to always sing that to her. 'Let your red lips leave their mark all over mine' was her favourite line and she j-" He shook his head. "This isn't how it was supposed to be!"

"Dylan,"

"I was supposed to win a gold this year, and a Mem cup, and Connor was supposed to have the perfect rookie season, and you two were supposed to be happy in Edmonton, and Kare and I were gonna be happy here!" He rambled on.

"It's not that bad." She tried to calm him down.

"I lost in quarterfinals, we didn't even get the O cup, Connor broke his collarbone, and Kare and I? She broke my heart. She crushed me." He sobbed, sitting up. "I'm a good guy, right, Alli?"

She nodded, crying herself. "You're a great guy, Dylan." She squeezed his hand.

"Then when's my fucking break?" He nearly whispered.

Dylan calmed down after a bit and laid down with Allison cuddling him. They must have fallen asleep because Alli woke up to the guys coming back to the site.

Someone was yelling while someone else attempted to calm them down. She let out a sigh, climbing out of the tent.

Graham had ahold of Connor, it didn't look friendly either. Graham had him pinned against a car and they were in each others faces. They were across at someone else's site.

Connor was plastered, it was evident on his face. His hat was propped up, near falling off his head, and his white t-shirt looked stretched out.

Alli sighed and walked over. Graham was speaking to Connor in a calm tone and Connor was just yelling. She crossed her arms behind Graham. Connor's eyes locked on hers and he started to chuckled.

"You and Stromer finish up?" He hissed.

She shook her head. "Can I take him?" She said to Graham, grabbing Connor's wrist.

Graham backed off. Connor shook Allison's hand away, causing her to stumble.

"Go back to him! I'll sleep in my car so I don't disrupt you!" He hollered, staggering over to his car.

"Thank you." She nodded at all the guys standing there.

She followed Connor over to his car. He was at the back door, laying down a blanket on the backseat he had fully reclined. He was mumbling to himself about something. She walked over and grabbed his waist, getting him to turn around.

"Can we please talk?" She said quietly.

He nodded, climbing into the car. He held a hand out to help her in. Allison pulled the door shut behind her, sitting with her back to it. Connor was facing her. He had dirt smeared on his face. She smiled a bit, reaching out and wiping it away. He kept his stern expression.

"Are you done your fit?" She exhaled, reaching for his hand.

"You go M.I.A at the concert, have me losing my mind. Comi tells me you left with Stromer, not as worried since he's my best bud, til I see you cuddled up to him. What is that?" Connor snorts.

"I came back to him bawling his eyes out, Con." She stated, watching Connor's face fall. "He was damn well close to having a mental breakdown, I couldn't just leave him."

"D—did he say what was wrong?" He asked, playing with the blanket.

"He thinks the world's against him." She sighed. "Didn't win a medal, or a Mem cup, his best friend's in Edmonton and was injured the year he was expected to make his big break."

"Like, he misses me?" His head shot up.

She nodded. "He always misses you, baby. He's never gonna have the connection you two had on the ice, and off it, with anyone else." She moved closer to him.

"I miss him a lot too. I miss playing with him." He pouted.

"He's also really heartbroken." She added. "The song that started playing was his and Kara's song, I guess."

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to go cr-"

"Hey," She cut him off, grabbing his face. "It's okay." She purred before she pecked his lips.

"I know I said I'd go to the car so I wouldn't disrupt anyone," He began, his lips still attacking hers. "But maybe we could disrupt them from the car?"

She laughed against his mouth. "Of course we can." She shoved him back, straddling him. "I promise to be extra noisy."
