CHAPTER TWO

{JANICE POV}

I felt like I was talking too much, I don't know. Maybe I was. I wanted to get to know him more, but I didn't want to overwhelm him with questions.

I kind of just let him talk for a bit, but then I started to talk again. I was being awkward, and talking in a weird nervous way.

I wish I could have acted like my normal self. Why couldn't I be the chill girl I usually was? Maybe because I was breathing the same air as one of the boys from the biggest boy band ever!

But I wasn't interested in him because of his fame, I liked him because of the way Dani described him. Every time she talked about him I'd lose all focus on everything else and just listen to her talk about him.

Mostly because I always asked her to talk about him. One day she finally said she was going to introduce me to him. And that's how her and Liam set up the whole date.

"Well it's 1:30 and I told Zayn I'd meet up with him at 2 so we could go see that new movie" Niall said.

"Oh, I should get going too then, I'm going to the mall with Leslie in a while, do you remember her Dani?" I asked.

"Oh yes! Tell her I said hi." She replied.

"Will do."

"I can give you a ride if you want, so that these two love birds can finally be alone." Niall winked at Liam.

"Okay then, sounds good. I live in the same complex as Danielle." I said.

"Kay, lets go then before it gets any later."

We were in the car, it was about a 5-10 minute drive but it felt a lot longer because of our awkward silence. The radio was playing, but we weren't talking.

I would glance over at Niall every once in a while and just think to myself, 'wow he's so beautiful' I know I had barley met him for the first time, but wow, I could already feel the butterflies in my tummy.

Maybe love at first sight was real. Look at me already talking about love. He just seemed so perfect. I felt crazy.

"We're here!" Those were the words that snapped me back to reality. I was over thinking again. I just had to play it cool.

"Oh, right! Haha, I'll text you later then?"

"Sure thing, see ya!" He grinned.
