CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

JANICE POV

We drove off back to our apartments and parked in the front.

"Alright, let's go to my place and get my stuff."

We walked over to my door and they waited for me to open it. I told them to get something to eat since they might be hungry. I went into the hall and looked through the closet for my small duffle bag.

Once I pulled it out, I went into my room and put a couple of pairs of clothes in there. I went to the bathroom and got some toiletries and a couple of other stuff from my room.

Once I was ready, I walked out and through the hallway, Sonia and Danielle were sitting on the table eating some crackers.

"These are really good!" Danielle said.

"Right? I love these, I always buy them when I go to the market near the mall."

"We should take some for the boys, they must be getting hungry."

"Good idea Sonia, take a new pack from the cupboard behind you." I said, after she grabbed the box we walked out and back onto the from to go back to the car.

Once we got back to the hospital, we saw Zayn and Harry asleep on the chairs. When Liam and Louis saw us they stood up and woke the boys.

Louis saw the crackers and took them from Sonia and opened them.

"Wow, you guys are hungry aren't you?" I asked.

"Starving!" Liam said.

"You do know there's a cafeteria right?" Sonia said.

"Oh..." They all replied and we laughed.

"You guys should all go get some dinner. You don't have to stay here, don't worry I'll take care of him."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure."

"Okay, we'll come back and bring you something though!" Harry said.

"Okay thanks."

Then they left. I went inside the room, I put my bag on the chair near the window and spread my blanket on the little bed on the window pane. I grabbed the rolling chair and sat right next to Niall.

I reached out and slowly grabbed his hand. I held it in mine and then I rested my head near his side and began to cry.

"I'm sorry" I whispered to him.
