Chapter Twelve

CHAPTER TWELVE

{NIALL POV}

I was expecting to see Janice at the door, but it was another girl.

"Oh, I think I have the wrong apartment, my bad."

"Nope, you're in the right place, but Janice isn't here anymore, she left."

"What do you mean she left?"

"She left earlier in the morning to go visit her parents."

"Do you know when she'll be coming back?"

"No I don't. But most likely in about a week or 2."

"Thanks, I just really need to talk to her."

"You screwed up." She said as she slammed the door in my face.

"What the fu.." I said to myself, confused.

Then walked back to Danielle's place.

"That was quick. Are you going to help me now?"

"Yeah. She wasn't there. Some girl said she left to see her parents. That's weird, right?"

"Sure is."

"Why wouldn't she tell me anything?"

"Woah man, don't tell me you like her NOW."

"I don't know. But right now I just want to talk to her. I played her wrong and now I want to fix things. I know we weren't together, but I know she liked me and I'll accept that what I did was wrong so I just need to clear things up."

"I'm proud of you mate."

We made breakfast and served it and called the girls to wake up.

{JANICE POV}

I had left around 7AM.

The whole car ride I just listened to music trying to clear my mind of all the bad memories. Everything happened so quickly I still couldn't believe it.

When I got to my parents house they were so happy to see me. I don't know why I had taken so long to go visit them, I missed them a lot. I was happy to see my younger brother as well.

While I was eating breakfast with them, my phone rang.

It was Sonia.

"Niall came looking for you. He said he needed to talk."

"Oh. What'd you tell him?"

"I told him where you were and that you weren't going to be back for another week or two."

"Thanks, do you think he knows I know?"

"Probably, who knows, we'll just have to wait and see."

"Okay, what if he calls me? I'm not sure if I want to answer."

"Well maybe he'll want to apologize if he does call. Either let him do it now or wait till you come back to talk."

"Okay then, thanks for calling and letting me know."

"You're welcome, if anything else comes up ill let you know, bye."

"Kay, bye."

I hung up and continued eating. My two weeks there really helped me cope with the situation.
