CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN

JANICE POV

I was woken up by someone knocking on the door again, so I got up and went to use the bathroom. I picked up my stuff and headed down the hall.

I needed to go home for a while today and shower. After I was done doing my business I went back to the room.

I was expecting the nurse to be gone by now but she wasn't. Instead the doctor was there too.

And when the nurse stepped out of the way I looked over at Niall and there he was, awake!

"NIALL!" I screamed, dropped my things, and ran to him.

I have him a bug hug.

"Uh, hi.." He said to me.

"You do know who I am right?"

"I'm not too sure."

The doctor interrupted,

"Niall lost his memory ma'am. But no worries, it wasn't that much of an injury so it should come back in less than a week."

"Oh, thank you so much doc. So when can he be released?

"Well since he's all fine, he can be released today. But he can't do any activities for about 3 months while his leg recovers. He's going to have to keep his cast on and the nurse will give you instructions on how to take care of it. Also she'll get you the release papers. Get better son." He said to Niall.

"Um Niall, I'm not sure if you remember this, but you're a celebrity.. You're in a band. So you kind of have to hide your face when we exit, we don't want a big scandal. I'm going to go call the guys to tell them you've woken up and that I'm going to take you home today."

"Oh .. Okay then .. Th-thanks. Wait, what's your name again?"

"Janice."

"Nice to remeet you then, Janice!"

"Nice to remeet you too Niall, hahah." We both laughed.

I grabbed my phone and walked into the hall. I called Danielle first, since Sonia was probably busy. It rang for a bit.

"H-hello." She sounded sleepy.

"Oh man, I didn't notice how early it was. Hi Danielle, sorry if I woke you up. But I just wanted to call you to tell you that Niall woke up!"

"What?! Really?! That's great! I'll call the guys and we'll be on our way!"

"No wait, listen. He's going to be released in less than an hour so how about you just tell the guys to go over to your place and Ill take him there."

"Okay sounds good!"
