CHAPTER FORTY FOUR

One month left till the big day.

Wow.

Let me rewind a little so you'll understand what's been happening.

The day Niall proposed to me, of course I said yes!

That was one of the best days of my life. I still can't believe it happened.

Now you're probably wondering, how come they waited till 5 years later?

Well, remember Niall is a huge star. The whole band has been going on tours non stop for a couple of years now, and finally after 5 years, they got a complete year off as their break.

They're not breaking up, they just need some time off, of course they have a couple of weeks off in between each tour, but it was finally decided they needed more than just a month or two. Plus, they aren't getting any younger.

Poor Louis is 30 years old already, and he did not take that well. The rest of the boys are also on their way to being in their thirties, so it was time for them to settle down a bit and live a little without stressing out about more music, songs, and concerts.

After their break is over, then they'll go back to performing and being crazy, no matter how old they are, that's for sure.

I am now 27, while Niall is 28, and we finally decided to have our wedding on this year break. We'd been planning it for a while, but it wasn't anything too serious, and now we're really freaking out because it's actually going to happen!

We've been together for 6 years , and most people would have broken off their engagement by now, but I feel like we're inseparable. We complete each other in a way that's unexplainable.

The preparations for the wedding are finally coming along great.

We decided on an outside wedding. This may be cheesy, but Niall asked if we could have the ceremony under the same gazebo from the park, and I couldn't say no. That park is a very special place to both of us now.

The reception however will be held outside of a mansion we're renting for the day. It's an absolutely beautiful home, and the field behind the house is massive and it's perfect for the occasion.

Niall asked me if I loved the house enough to call it our new home, I said yes, but it was way too big for just us, so we settled for something smaller.

At the moment though, we're both living in my apartment. Well, Niall switches off between his home in Ireland, and the boy's flat on the other side of town, but most of the time he's here with me keeping me company. We haven't moved into the new house because first, the paper work isn't all finished, and second, we want to save it till after we've tied the knot.

Sonia still lives next door to me, and she's been helping out so much with all the wedding stuff. She, of course, will be my maid of honor. Danielle and Susan will be my other bridesmaids.

Danielle moved out of our complex about 2 years ago, once her and Liam decided to have a small wedding, they moved in together into a really nice home nearby. She's also being a huge help with the wedding.

Oh! Don't tell anyone, but she thinks she might be pregnant! I'm really happy and excited for them both.

Susan is a really good friend and co-worker of mine. We've gotten very close, so I had to ask her to be my bridesmaid.
