Oh no. Not her. Not this.

I slowly lift up my head to see her staring at me with her cold dark eyes. That same death stare that I hate so much.

What's with her being here anyways? I thought she was a lunch lady and now she's in detention?

I looked away and she speaks.

"Well, well. Look who decided to join me." She smiled her evil smile.

I didn't say anything I just kept my head down.

"Won't talk?" She asked coming close to me.

"I have nothing to say," I said calmly but afraid at the same time.

"But you did at the hospital!" She raised her hands in the air. "Can't talk now! Huh?"

"Look, that was different-- I'm sorry if I did anything wrong, I was just trying to see my friend! So please stop what you're doing."

"But I'm not doing anything. You are. And what you're doing is taking out every piece of gum out of those desks. Someone has to do it, and you won first place!" She laughs and walk over to her desk and sit with her legs on the table.

I bend down and stared under the desk I was sitting to see different kind of gum flavor all stuck and dry to the desk. Kids are disgusting. Humans are digusting period. I reached over and poked one of the gums and realized that I didn't have any gloves to wear for this. I frowned and pulled hard on one of the gums and tried hard not to think about what I'm touching. I would ask for some gloves but with Beth here. I don't see that happening. And I don't want to talk to her. It'll just start another conversation where she scares the hell out of me. As I pull out some gum and she yells from her desk,"I want those desks to sparkle!" I roll my eyes and try not to yell or say any cuss words are at her.

As I almost throw up like five times out of digust the door opens and Keith comes in...and so did Evan? What were they doing in here? I mean I'm not so surprised that Keith may be here but Evan? As they walk past me I stare at Evan and he looks really mad. He's face his red and his beautiful pink lips are placed in a frown. Keith, well he's smiling. He looks happy and he winks at me as he passes by and I want to cut his throat open.

I keep staring at Evan hoping he'd stare back but he didn't even look my direction once. I mean you would think after you kissed someone and got caught by the principal that you'd be happy and everything would be perfect but I guess not. I was afraid something was going to happen but we could at least talk through it. But he's completely ignoring me.

"Hey," Keith said to me smiling but I ignored him and kept pulling at the gums.

"Psst!"

I ignored him again.

"Psst!!" Okay so now it was getting annoying.

"What!" I yelled louder than I should have.

"Whoa. Whoa. Calm down babe. " he smiled.

"Don't call me that. " I said straight forward," That died a long time ago."

He scoffed," That's not what you said when you were holding on to my hair and moaning my name."

My cheek flushed in embarrassment and I could feel everyone's stare on me, "You wish,"

I stared over at Evan and I could hear small sniffs coming from his direction and I stared for a bit hoping he'd look over at me but he didn't. He kept his head down the entire time and his hair fell down on his face cover most of his face.

It was silent for a good old 10 minutes but Keith had to say something. He had to say something stupid,"Babe--"

I interrupted him. Evan hasn't talked the whole time we've been here and this was at least my chance to say something. And to ignore this stupid bastard that kept talking. Keith was really a weird one, he's hate me one minute, get mad, be suspicious, and then flirt? What was up with that!? What exactly was his plan?
