Hala! Nahimatay siya! What should I do?!

Umalis ako sa pagkakadagan sa kanya at pinagmasdan siya. Napansin kong pawis na pawis siya at nahihirapan din siyang huminga. I touched his forehead to check if he's sick. Halos mapatalon naman ako ng makaramdam ang sobrang lamig!

"Waa!" What was that?!

Bigla akong nataranta matapos siyang hawakan. Is he going to die!? What am I supposed to do in this kind of situation? I gulped hard as I try to bend against his chest to check his heartbeat.

"Kyaaa!!!!" Gulat kong tili nang maramdaman ang malamig niyang kamay sa braso ko.

"What...are you...doing..?" Hirap na hirap niyang tanong.

Hindi niya maidilat ang mga mata niya pero kahit papaano ay nagagawa niyang magsalita. He pulled me to his chest and I noticed that his heart is really...really beating fast.

Woaa! Is he alright?

"You...don't have...to worry..." He said still out of breath.

"Who said I'm worried?" Pagde-deny ko.

This guy for unknown reason saved my life for the second time. I know he's the reason why those things didn't even touched me. He became my shield. No. He acted as my shield.

But why?

"Uhm, y-you should rest. I'll lend you my bed," Sabi ko tsaka sinubukan siyang itayo. But he seemed to be so stubborn and didn't want to get up. "Please mister. The floor's cold. It will only make you even weaker." Pakiusap ko.

Isa pa, ang laki niya at nakabara siya sa daan. Mahirap nang makita siya dito ni Nay Hina na nakahiga at natutulog dito sa lapag.

"Come on. Please...huh?!" He suddenly pulled me towards him--almost hugging me.

"...Alright," he said and in just a snap we both fell together on my bed!

"Wha-! What? Just now...what happened?!"

"...So noisy."

"Huh?" Tinawag niya ba talaga akong maingay?

What kind of person is this guy? Also, he's always around when I'm in danger. I want to ask him lots of questions, but I think he'll never going to answer them.

"Sa susundo nalang siguro."

Bumaba ako ng higaan at kinumutan siya. Pinagmasdan ko siya ng sandali pa. Totoo ba ang mga nakita ko kanina? Totoo ba ang mga sinasabi niya? Itinakip kong sandali ang aking kanang palad sa'king mga mata at sinubukang pakalmahin ang sarili.
