Kailana(P.O.V.) I sat in my car thinking, I was supposed to leave 20 minute's ago to meet Mya for lunch. I was so nervous I haven't seen her since the incident 4 years ago.

My phone vibrated, causing me to look at it.

Mya: hey i found us a booth just come straight to the back of the restaurant. - 12:35 pm.

"Okay kailana you can do this it's just lunch" I said to myself i started up the car and drove out the parking garage.

I listend to drama by jay woods song and got off the freeway exit pulling into the parking lot of the melting pot.

I walked in and took a deep breath and proceeded to the back and seen mya with her long brown heair wrapped in a brown hair she didnt have on her red wig.

I seen a little girl next to her playing with a barbie and my heart dropped she looked like Jonathan.

I collected my thoughts and walked to the booth.

"Hi" I smiled.

"Hey you made it, janicia kept asking where mommy's friend was" she said standing up side hugging me.

I sat down and looked at the beautiful little girl "shes gorgeous"

"Thank you she's beginning to look like her daddy more and more each day"

"Is she-

"Jonathan's yeah, this is his baby" she said holding tears in my eyes.

"Are you mwommy's fwend?" The little girl asked looking up at me with brown eyes.

"Yes I'm you mommy's friend my name is kailana" i smiled.

"Your pwetty mwommy can she stay with us?" She looked at her mom.

"No baby She's gonna be busy, she'll eat lunch with us" she said touching her hair.

"So why did you want to um meet?" I asked looking at her.

"I know i made your life a living hell and im deeply deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart, i didn't ever think in a million years i would run into you again and out of all places in new york" she said.

"Yeah, i forgive you"

"It was so hard pregnant and dropping out of college with no help" she said.

I raised my eyebrow taking a sip of my drink "no help?"

"Yes none, up JJ's parents don't even know janicia exists, after um that night i fled from Washington and drove to Texas and stayed with my sister and then i had my kid and her nigga started beating me and shit and threatened my child saying he will kill her"

"Oh my god"

"Yeah, i told my sis and she didnt believe me so i hopped on a plane up here and been working a chic brides ever since and then i just got a stripping job at never ending dreams" she said.

"Im sorry you went through that mya"

"Yeah i just really needed someone to talk to,but my boss needs me to fly down to florida with him this weekend for a gig and i really need someome to watch janicia" she said.

I shook my head "I'm sorry mya i would love to help but i cant, i can't watch your daughter" i said.

"Kailana please i really need you to watch her its just for the weekend i really need this money so i can buy this place in queens to call our home" she begged.

I thought about it, she really needs it "alright, i will we have an extra bed room, is she allergic to anything? Is she potty trained?"

"She's allergic to nuts and she is potty trained"

I nodded and looked at the girl amd sighed praying i wasn't man ng the wrong decision helping out mya.

"Oooo ohh mwicky dwonalds" janicia shouted from the backeseat.

"You hungry mamas, you want some McDonald's?" I asked.

"Ya"

I went through the drive through and ordered a happy meal and handing it to her, she was so cute with her captivating brown eyes she looked like her dad.

We drove to toys r us because all mya gave her was clothes and i didnt want her bored and tearing up my stuff so i got her dolls and coloring stuff.

"Janicia do you like doggys?" I looked in the rear view mirror at her.

She giggled and started clapping her hands "i lwove pwuppy's" she screamed making me chuckle she was too adorable.

We got to the apartments and i grabbed her toys and clother, i wonder what derion is gonna say about this.

We walked in and i walked her to the guest room and turned on disney jr. I looked at her not knowing what the hell to do.

"Mwiss kwaiwana where my mwommy?" She asked sitting on the bed.

"Mommy's gonna be gone a couple days so your gonna stay with me ok" i said.

Her eyes got big and started filling with tears and began crying, i chuckled to myself cause it was so adorble yet so sad.

"Its ok honey your mommy's gonna come back don't cry?" I said hugging her. She sobbed in my shirt.

"Im sweppy" she rubbed her eyes.

I changed her into her pajamas and layed her down and left the room.

I walked in my room stripping off my clothes and running the bath water.

I heard the door close and a wave a nervousness ran over my body.

"BABY!! YOU HOME?" Derion shouted.

"Shit" i muttered he was gonna wake up, janicia.

I ran to the front wrapping my towel around me.

"BAB-"

"Shhhhh" i said.

"What you shushing me for"

"Mwiss kwaiwana?" Janicia said coming out the room.

"Damnnnn" i said.

"Kailana what the hell?"
