Chapter 29

Destiny POV

We just pulled into the driveway of Jason house, and my moms. shane of course being the gentlemen that he is opened the door for me. "i am so excited that you will stay with me." shane said kissing me.

"well i am excited to but also a little sad that i will be leaving my mom." i said looking at him.

 "i know, but you can visit her whenever you want, i will not stop you, promise." he said making a cross on his chest. 

i looked at him trying to hide my excitement, but failed and start smiling at him. " okay but we have to seal it with a kiss."

he grabbed me and kissed me hard, i wrapped my arms around his neck and he yanked me closer.

i was kissing him until i heard someone clearing their throat. i stepped away from shane and turned to see Jason, with his arm crossed, with a serious face.

" hello Daddy jason, how are you?" i said walking up the steps to him and give him a hug.

"hello jason" shane said putting his hand out for Jason to shake. it take Jason a long minute to take a step from me and shake Shane with what i can see with a firm, hard grip.

"Hello Alpha Shane." Jason said. he then turned on his feet and walked into the house. i waited for Shane and enter with him on my side.

when we walked into the house and mom was sitting on the couch watching her favorite channel, the food channel, watching the great food truck race, which of course i like watching also. 

"hi mom, whatcha watching" i said sitting down across from her. she muted the tv.

" oh just a little tv, how are you i didn't think i would see you for a couple of days." mom said smiling while Jason sat down with her.

"well i just came here to tell you that i decided to stay with Shane at his pack, because i accepted him as my mate. And i was just here to gather my belongings." i said looking at my mom. i mean we dont keep secrets from each other so why should i be around the bush and say what i want to say.

"oh, ok, well that was going to happen sooner or later, but you do have to visit me often and you do have to answer my calls." my mom said

" i promise, plus Shane said that i can come and visit whenever i want." i said giving her a smile.

" okay" my mom said looking at me with a smile, then looks at Jason and nods at him toward me.

"Whats going on, you look like you are trying to tell me something, and you know you can say anything to me, right." i said grabbing my moms hands.

" Well we are expecting a baby, we just found out this morning. You are going to be a big sister." Jason said. looking at me with a serious face. 

i looked at my mom and then at Jason and then got up and hugged them both at the same time. "Am i really going to  be a big sister, finally." they nodded their head simutanelously, with big grins on their faces. i went to back to my seat and we then we talked about how excited Jason and mom about having another baby, because mom was joking around about how Jason is going to be very over protective over her, and he agreed, i like that they are mates, it makes me happy that she wont be alone, when i go and move in with Shane. when we were talking the door opened and my two favorite uncles walked in and sat down on the recliners.

 " So did you hear the good news" marcus said 

" oh the one were i am moving out and you guys moving in someone in about 4 months" i said leaning on Shane. waiting for the to respond.

"What! Your moving? When were you going to tell us, we are you family?" Manuel said sitting next to Jason on the couch.

"Well i am,  and we just decided last night, so we came to tell you all together, plus i want to get everything done before i start school tomorrow, so will you guys help me, i would really appreciate it, plus i will be visiting often now i know there will be  a new member coming soon. i really hope it a boy." i said 

"What, why a boy? i thought that you would want a sister?" Jason said. "yeah" mom said

" well i want to be the only girl in this family, naw i am just joking, i am just happy to have a little sibling. Well anyways i have to start packing my room." i got up and headed to my room.

i started with my closet and shoes, we were an hour into packing when Shane's phone rang it was his beta Theo, i guess he needed him for something that needed his attention so he left and i was still packing.

I was barely finishing packing my dresser, when my mom knocked on the door. i looked at her and she was holding a envelope in her hand.

"this came for you today" she said handing in to me, who was still siting indian style on the floor. i looked at the envelope and notice that it was from Jenny. i opened it and saw a wedding invitation, which i then saw Jenny's and Justin name, when i took it out of the envelope a piece of paper came out. it was a note from Jenny:

Hey Destiny,

i know you are wondering why i am sending you an invite, well the truth is that you are my best friend and i wouldnt want anyone to be my maid of honor, except you of course, like we have always planned, but i know that there is a situation, and i know that you might not want to be the MOH, and its okay, i just wanted to ask you. please call me and let me know of your decision, i wont get mad.

i looked at my mom and she had a letter also." are you going" i said putting the letter near me, trying to think of a response.

"i dont know, i guess if you go, we will, but think about this for a second okay.  This is your best friend, Destiny, and if you decide not to go because of what happen with Dylan, that is going to be a decision you are going to regret later down the line. i mean you moved on, and so did he, and i know that you know how to be an adult and let it go. You will be there with your second chance mate. What more can i say,other than what are you going to do? i will be downstairs starting on dinner, i hope you are staying." she said. she kissed my forehead and left the room.

 i was finishing my packing and thinking of the 'pros' and 'cons' of going. i went through everything i was thinking and decided on an answer. i picked up my phone and dialed jennys nimber. she picked up on the third ring.

" Hello" she said

" hey Jenny its me i decided..........................."
