Chapter Twelve-The Perfect Present.

Disclaimer:We are together for the weekend so we decided to change things up and write a sentence each of the story so we are sorry before hand if it is really strange and stupid.Ps it is quite late so we are probably even weirder than usual now.Yup that is possible.
We ended it mid way chapter one so its okay.

The hug seemed to last a life time,it felt so warm to be in Shawn's arms again after all this time. He placed his warm hands over her shoulders and gently lifted her off of his chest.
"Hey Maya.I have missed you so much and I would love to stay like this forever but I have something to show you.I think you will like it."
He pulled out a deep green box made of a soft velvet.His hand reached toward the clasp and lifted the latch ever so lightly. Mayas eyes sparkled at the sight of it.There infront of her was a familiar necklace,a necklace that once belonged to her many years before but tragically broke,leaving a heartbroken child lost in the world without hope. Maya felt her throat clog up again, she felt her heart start beating faster and her eyes start to water.
"It...It's so beautiful thankyou Shawn thankyou so much."
Maya looked up into Shawns eyes and saw the sparkling.She missed seeing those warm eyes looking deep into hers,making her feel special.
"Don't thank me,thank Josh he set the whole thing up and came up with the idea for it."
At that point everyone awed at the sweetness of Josh and Maya turned around to face him.
"Oh Josh thankyou thankyou thankyou.I love you so much."
She ran up to him amd jumped into a hug,clinging onto him for dear life with her petite legs and arms.Everyone then laughed at the sight of Maya slwoly falling down Josh and Josh having to a semi dance to get her back up.They looked so inlove with each other.Love suited them,just like hope suited Maya.She seemed less broken again.Maybe Josh's idea did fix her a bit.

The next few hours consisted of Eric being,well Eric being god knows who and everyone else feeding themselves until they could hardly breathe and laughing at everything Eric did.This is what Christmas was meant to be and feel like.A happy family,together.It was getting late so Eric and Shawn had to leave to get back to their hotel room.They said their goodbyes and then it was just Maya,Josh,Riley and Farkle left.Once Farkle and Riley made their way into their bedroom Josh pulled Maya towards the roaring fire.They stood just infront of it whilst they watched on at the spitting flames.As they were talking Josh placed his hands over Maya's eyes and told her not to open them until he said.
After a short time Josh was ready and Maya opened her eyes to find Josh knelt down in the front of her with and engagement ring in his hand.
"Maya Penelope Hart,will you do me the honour of not only makimg me the happiest man alive because I would have you as my wife but also will you be my lifeling bestfriend.I love you with all my heart.Will you marry me?"
Maya had tears inside of her eyes amd her small hands were shaking with happiness.
"YES!" She reached toward him and Josh pulled her down whilst placing the ring on her finger.They kissed like they never had before and sparks flew all over the apartment.This is how they wnated to spend the rest of their loves.Together.They heard an 'awww' coming from behind them and there stood Riley and Farkle.
"We're getting MARRIED."
Maya screamed at Riley.Riley squeeled really high pitched and ran towards Josh and Maya who where still on the floor.She pounced ontop of them,engulfing them in a massive bear hug.Farkle then followed doing the same.All four of them where colapsed on the floor laughing and hugging.There was no better thing in the world.

It's so magical and lovely. Josh and Maya are adorable. Loving the piggy back ride in the beginning. AGHH first Christmas with uncle boing feels. I feel like dancing because the chapter is so magic and sparkly. *Dances* Yeah no it's early in The morning for me and I'm very very very weird right now. It'll be fine though, the unicorn will keep me company.
