LUKE'S POV:

After my shower, i sat on the stair railing and slid down. Jack was sucked into a game of Fifa, and I couldn't help but sit next to him. Just like old times. I thought to myself.

"Grab the other controller." He snapped. I quickly scooped up the other controller and started playing with him.

"GO GO GO GO....ah shit." I shouted as i missed a goal. Jack dropped his control and looked at me slowly. There was some kind of demon hiding in his steely blue gaze. "Sorry." I muttered sheepishly.

"Do you ever get better? Or have you spent the last year getting worse ?" Jack growled. Then a playful light gleamed from his eyes. "Just teasing yah."

"I know." I smiled, as he picked up the controller again.

We played Fifa for hours and I mean like six hours. The sun began to set by the time our stomachs growled, reminding us that we hadn't eaten a damn thing. I got up and stretched, yawning like the lion I was.

"Mum left no food." Jack pouted, slamming the fridge door. "Where's Sheila?"

"Her room." I guessed, realizing I hadn't seen her all day. "Speaking of which." I looked up the stairs, imagining her laying peacefully in her be-

"Go do whatever you have to go do." Jack said, eyeing me. "Don't let anything get in your way of what makes you happy. Now I get that she's our step-sister or whatever...but it was wrong of them to try to force you two into this situation."

My jaw dropped in surprise.

"Go!" He yelled, shooing me away with his hand. I swallowed a hard lump in my throat and ran up the stairs. I was careful to make sure the camera watched as I slid into my bedroom. Once the door was shut, I sprinted for my window.

I pried it open quickly and stepped out onto my roof. I looked out the horizon. The sun was caught half way between day and night and I couldn't help but think that was how Sheila and I were. Always stuck.

I crept around the house carefully, watching my footing as I went. I almost made it to Sheila's window when my foot slipped and I tumbled off of the roof and landed in the grass.

"Ow.." I grit my teeth as I rubbed my back and rump. I picked up some small pebbles and stood slowly. "Juliet!" I shouted, cupping my hands around my mouth. I saw movement in Sheila's room.

"Check yes, Juliet
Are you with me?
I just fell down on the sidewalk
I won't go until you come outside!

Check yes, Juliet
Kill the limbo
I'll keep tossing rocks at your window!" I cut off as i tossed one of the pebbles at the glass on her window.

"There's no turning back for us tonight!" I sung as she opened her window.

"Luke are you crazy?" She grinned that beautiful, beautiful white grin.

"Maybe." I smiled slowly. "Or maybe just crazy about you!" I cooed softly. I could see her blush from where I was.

She rolled her brown eyes. "What are you doing?" She called down.

"I'm coming to get you." I smiled.

"Keep it down Romeo!" One of my neighbors yelled. I blushed in embarrassment.

"Come on!" I shouted softly.

"Where are we going?" She asked, beginning to climb out of her window sill.

"Anywhere but here." I said, grabbing her hands and helping her as she stepped off of the roof. I dusted my red flannel off and looked up at her, there was a wild look in her eye.

"Let's go." Sheila whispered.
