Cold. I was freezing. My arms were numb. I couldn't move my fingers. My feet felt nonexistent. I was positioned in an awkward way. My lips were patched and my eyes hurt from the light. I could hear everything. Beeping and shuffling feet. Then I turned my head to the side. I saw a figure on a little stool of some sort. It seemed to have hair and was hunched over itself. Who- or what- was it? I heard it make a soft sigh. And then another one. Deciding to communicate I made the same sound. The creature seemed to stir. I made the sound again. It moved. Stretching its arms and legs out it got up and trampled over to me and touched my head. Then I witnessed the most electric blue I have ever seen. We're those its eyes? They were incredible. Just amazing. I heard it say my name. Then I said yes. It mentioned my name again and again and again. Sobbing it stroked my hair and kissed my forehead. I thought it would attack me like the man did. I tried to push it away but my arms were bound. I felt a cool liquid run through my arm and I was out.

I came to once again to the creature slouched over beside me. I made the sigh it made before and it perked up at the sound of my voice. Again its piercing blue eyes aimed at me. It touched my head again rubbing my cheek and then retreating back. I felt calm at its touches, but that was no reason to let my guard down. I struggled a bit trying to remember where this thing came from and why I had a connection with it. It said my name. "Simoya?" Its voice was beautiful. Again it beckoned me this time softer. I could only look at it. "Do you remember me?" It questioned. I didn't say anything. "No?" It asked. I was confused. So many things had happened; maybe I was supposed to remember this thing. I decided its blue hair wasn't natural but it's didn't classify it as an 'it'. I laughed to myself for no reason. It made the 'man' smile. How brilliant. How absolutely perfect. He had a smile that lit up the world. It could illuminate the deepest parts of the ocean. And darkest caves known to man.

Just then three other males walked into the door they looked normal compared to the first on, but I decided I couldn't trust them. They looked mischievous.

I went under again. My eyes slowly shut after I felt my veins freeze. The last thing I saw was the man with blue hair rush to my side and say something I couldn't hear.
