No one said anything. Sage felt all the color drain from her face as she stared down at Isaac. "W-what did he say?" She asked, her voice trembling. For one of the first time, she felt vulnerable, truly exposed. She could feel everyone's eyes on her, wanting answers.
"He was t-t-t-terrifying. His face was dark and angry I couldn't imagine that you were related." Isaac stuttered, his face twisting in pain. Sage felt as if there was a bucket of salt poured in the wound that had just ripped open her chest. She wanted to cover his mouth and keep him from saying any more, but there was no more to say.
Everything had already been said.
Sage felt her face go red as she took a step back, clasping her hands to her chest.
"What is he talking about?" Derek growled, his eyes glaring a daunting red. "What did you not tell me?"
"You didn't need to know." Sage said, but her voice was barely audible.
No. Stop it. Stop whimpering like a little puppy. Sage told herself. She couldn't let herself be so small.
"Of course I needed to know this! This is more important than you could imagine!" Derek yelled.
"Not really! It's my personal life and you are not involved in it!" Sage argued. Derek's face was nearly purple with rage. He noticed Sage covering her forearm protectively, he grabbed forearm and ripped the sleeve back.
"Is this part of it?" He said. Sage ripped her arm away, clutching it, but then Sage leaned forward, brining her face inches away from Derek's.
"Do not do that. Ever. Again." She threatened, narrowing her eyes. "You have your secrets, and I have mine. Leave it be."
"No." Derek snarled, his teeth growing to menacing fangs. "He is the enemy Sage! If Isaac is telling the truth, that means you're an enemy too."
Sage froze. She wasn't was she?
....right?
"What happened in there Sage?" Derek asked, his voice low. Sage looked back and found everyone staring at her. She suddenly felt very warm. Her cheeks flushed up a pink and decided that she had enough. She was in charge of her own self and wouldn't let anyone else tell her otherwise. She grabbed her bag and coat, and started out the door.
"Where the hell do you think you are going?" Derek asked.
"Home." Sage said flatly.
"But what about Isaac?" Scott asked. "What is he needs you?" Sage looked back over her shoulder, and said in a much less harsh voice, "I hope you can handle it for right now." It hurt her to do that, but staying would only cause much worse pain.
She swept out the door and started down the street, counting the clicks of her shoes against the sidewalk, contemplating what Derek said. She had only met Deucalion a while ago, but he also partially raised her werewolf childhood, did he turn her into what she was now? No, she did that on her own.
Someone (purposefully) bumped into her, someone much taller and stronger, sending her stumbling a few steps. "Hey! Asshole!" She muttered under her breath and kept walking. The person who bumped into her looked back, and she realized that she recognized him. It was one of the twins, and twins were like ants. If she saw one, the other was not far away. Not wanting another horrid encounter, she started speed walking and quickly slipped into the hotel building.
Sage flipped on some music and flopped onto her bed, resting for about two minutes before she heard a knock on the door. Muttering something about how nobody gives her a break anymore, she ignored it, hoping it was just a mistake.
"Sage. Open the door." Someone grumbled outside. Sage was definitely not answering the door now. She closed her eyes and tried to tune out the intruder.
"I can hear you in there. Don't ignore me." Sage let a growl slip through her teeth.
"Don't think I'm going to talk to you." She spat. "This is my house." A few minutes of silence passed, but Sage could still feel the heartbeat outside. Enraged, she went up to the door and cracked it open.
"What." She snared. "You say one more thing and I will have your throat." Derek's lips pursed. Sage's hands formed a fist. "Why do you enjoy seeing me so angry?!"
"I don't." Derek said flatly.
"Then why are you here?" Sage cried in rage. She threw her hands up in the air in shock.
"I need to talk to you."
"And I need you to leave." She said, shutting the door. Derek forced it back open. "Do you know how to let things go?" Sage asked angrily.
"No I don't. And that's why I am getting Boyd back." He said in a low voice. Sage stared at him.
"What? How could you possibly do that?"
"That's why I need you to help. So far, you and Isaac are the only ones who know their way in there-"
"You aren't going to make me go back there are you?" Sage caught him off. A sudden whirl of panic washed over her. A mix of Derek's pack and the alpha pack, plus her binding both of them together sounded like a violent form of tug-of-war. Instead, Derek shook his head.
"Not if you can't." He said. Sage's eyes narrowed.
"What is with this sudden niceness? It's been about twenty minutes since you were going to tie me to a chair and beat answers out of me." She said. Derek didn't answer her question and instead continued.
"Tonight, my house. Scott and Peter will be there, so will Isaac. They could use your help." He stared behind Sage, for a moment. "Billy Joel?"
Sage nodded at the slightest. Derek nodded with approval, but Sage could still see the anger in his eyes. She noticed that his eyes would occasionally flick down to the brand on her arm that was concealed by her shirt sleeve. "Good song." He said shortly, and before Sage could ask how he knew where she lived, and why the hell he was commenting on her music taste, he turned his back on her and let her close the door, concealing Sage back in her room of comforting solitude.

Hey guys,
So I know it's been a really long time and I can explain what is going on. I haven't uploaded in a really long time, and that's because I haven't been enjoying writing fan-fiction anymore. I've kind of lost interest in Teen Wolf and writing work that not original. I don't want to regularly put readers through something I don't even enjoy writing, and so that's why I haven't written anything for over six months. But, due to request, I finished the cliffhanger and tried to end the chapter as satisfyingly as I could. BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN I AM DROPPING THE STORY FOREVER! I may continue if I ever regain interest again or am flooded with desperate requests, or possibly given a great idea that convinces me to pick back up again!
So, if you want to see the story continue, maybe comment down below, and tell me what YOU want to see in future chapters. If you show your work and say why it would work, it might be something to help me push off again and keep rolling with new ideas.
Thank you all for the wonderful support for this story and don't forget to vote, comment, share with your friends, and have a great day!

The Other Alpha {Teen Wolf}
FanficA lot of times, life can screw with someone, but Sage has unfortunately gotten the shortest straw. She's not the usual teenage werewolf, but the fact that she's an alpha, and her entire family/pack was murdered only a few hours ago. Like any other...
