7. Headquarters

I let out a laugh as I felt my body fall on something 

A net

A Dauntless member came and helped me climb out of it

He looked familiar, but how could I even know somebody from Dauntless, right?

"Thanks," I said with a smile

"No problem. My name is Four."

"Saraphine," I said as we shook hands

"You should know that you can actually change it," he stated

I shook my head

My name was the only thing that reminded of home

"I think I will keep it."

"Well then." he turned his attention to the rest of the room that was filled with Dauntless members

"First jumper, Saraphine!" He said loudly

Everybody cheered, making me laugh

"You can wait for the other initiates over there." he said and pointed in a direction

"Thanks Four."

Damn, he looked familiar

The next person that came down was the Erudite guy

He let out a "Whoa!" as he fell down and started laughing

Then Lisa came down

She cursed as she fell-really strange for her, and as she saw me, she grinned

Four gave her a hand as she got down and turned to look at me, and then at Lisa

"I am really surprised this year, Two Amity girls transfer to Dauntless, plus one is the fist jumper. And when I thought I had seen everything," he said with an amused smile on his face

Lisa laughed and I chuckled as she came next to me

When everybody else had gotten down, Eric himself jumped, landing perfectly on the net with an emotionless look on his face

"I suppose you don't need my help to get out of the net, Eric" Four said in a sarcastic tone 

Eric just chuckled and easily got down on his own

Once he was down, he eyed everyone in the room and his eyes fell on mine

We coldly made eye contact with each other for some seconds until I turned to speak with the Erudite

"I can't believe they actually made us jump off a building," He stated looking down at me

"I know, right?" I asked with a laugh

"I am Cristofer-But call me Cris" he said with a grin

"Saraphine." I stated as we shook hands

"Pretty," he said, referring to my name

I side smiled and silently thanked him

Four showed us the way to our dorm from the Pit, that ended up being an underground cavern-a big one, to the many corridors that were in the headquarters

Once we were in our dorm, we changed into some black clothes-and I was so glad I could finally take off the red and yellow, and we headed to the cafeteria

Since we were only eight initiates, we sat down on a table and got to know each other's name

Josh and Dave, the twin brothers from Abnegation, Abbey and Cris from Erudite, Addam and Jocelyn from Candor, Lisa and I from Amity
