14. Mad

The next day as I sat on the table with the rest of the initiates, Dana came and sat next to me

"Good morning," I said with a smile

She grinned

"Such a good Amity princess, " she stated before grabbing the loaf of bread with spreaded marmalade on top that was supposed to be my breakfast and ate it herself

"Is it good?" I asked in amusement

"Very," she said in between bites

I looked at the rest of the initiates-they were all looking at her with weirded out looks

"Anyway," she said making my attention go back at her

"You, me. After breakfast. Shooting practice. What do you say?"

"Hey, I want to train with a Dauntless member too," Addam said

Dana turned to look at him

"I only train cute girls," she said and winked

All of us started laughing really loudly

"Hey, Dana-I think she likes boys!" Somebody shouted

It turned out to be Bill

He came and sat across from us, between Lisa and Josh

"I can change that," she said and turned to look at me

I chuckled and took a sip of my coffee, feeling my cheeks heat up, meaning that I was blushing

That made everyone laugh

"Okay, so are you in?" she asked

"Won't Four be pissed?" Lisa asked

"I would worry more about what Eric will do," Dave said

"You've got a point. Let's not tell him" Cris said with an elongated chuckle

"I will say you're sick," Jocelyn said

"Thanks"

"She'll do it just because she will have him all to herself today," Abbey said, glancing in Jocelyn's direction

Jocelyn raised an eyebrow at her

"What? As it turns out, the fearless leader is into blondes as well as gingers." Abbey said with a smirk, glancing in my direction 

"I think I am done with breakfast." I mumbled, feeling embarrassed, turning to look at Dana "Wanna go?"

"Sure,." she said

"You just have to block out everything else. Only the target matter," she said, standing behind me as I pointed the gun towards the target

"Take a deep breath, Blondie,." she said and I could literally 'hear' the smirk making its way onto her face

I took a deep breath and shot

Shoulder

"Good," she said, giving my shoulder a squeeze

"Not good enough, " I said with a groan

"Don't be so hard on yourself"

"Eric said-"

"Eric is a bully," she said, cutting me off

I let out a laugh and raised the gun once again

"So, you have a thing for the leader?" she asked as I shot again
