Natulala si Dennise sa kamay ni Alyssa. Dahan dahan niyang inangat ang tingin niya at nakita niya na nakangiti sa kanya si Alyssa.

When their eyes met, Dennise couldn't help but feel all the butterflies all over again. Alyssa's eyes were looking at her with tenderness and longing.. and Dennise drowned in them. She wasn't sure if it was because of the alcohol in her system.. or Alyssa's eyes that made her grab the hand that was waiting for hers as she stood up infront of Alyssa.

Nanigas ang katawan ni Dennise nang maramdaman ang kamay ni Alyssa na kinuha ang dalawang kamay niya at nilagay ito sa balikat niya.. tsaka naman siya hinawakan nito sa bewang.
Nakayuko lang si Dennise dahil alam niyang namumula ang mukha niya.. kahit na posibleng hindi naman ito makita ni Alyssa dahil ilaw na lang ng buwan at ng flashlight nila sa may tabi ng tent ang liwanag sa paligid nila.
Alyssa: "Hey.. Look at me."
Dennise gulped before lifting her eyes to meet Alyssa's. Once their eyes met, they both drowned in each other's eyes once more. Alyssa guided Dennise's body to sway to the music.
Alyssa gave Dennise a warm smile that made Dennise relax.
Bakit ba ko kinakabahan? Ako nagdare sa kanya nito diba? It's just dancing.. except that we're really really close.. and damn those lips.. Sa isip ni Dennise.

Dennise is not sure what made the moment perfect. If it was the moonlight shining on to Alyssa's face, the face she has only discovered a few days ago.. the face she wants to see all the time.. the face that can make her day a whole lot better.. especially when a smile is placed upon that face.
Or it is the cold wind blowing through the both of them as they were swaying from right to left along with the melody of the song that was playing in the background.. the cold wind that passed between them that gave shivers down Dennise's skin. Again she's not sure if it was the wind or if it was the way Alyssa was looking at her. Looking at her like she was so precious. Looking at her like she was everything she needs in the world. Looking at her with tenderness.. and love.
Or it is the way Alyssa's hands were pressed against her skin.. how Alyssa's delicate hands were holding her very carefully like she's a glass she's scared to break.. how Alyssa was holding her like she doesn't want to let go.. Dennise doesn't want to let go either.

Or it could be perfect just because of the fact that she was slow dancing with Alyssa under the moonlight with a cold wind blowing against the both of them.. making them inch closer and closer like they were hugging but moving side to side to sway to the music..
Kinabahan si Dennise nang mapansing unti-unting lumalapit ang mukha ni Alyssa sa kanya. Her heart was beating so fast, she feels like it's going to explode. When the space between them was less than an inch, Dennise closed her eyes.

Then she felt soft lips.. on her forehead. Dennise felt just a little bit disappointed, but she also liked the gesture. It was so intimate and gentle. She always believed that kisses on the forehead were sweet, and full of respect.
