Chapter 21:Second Generation

Maria would smirk widely pointing a finger forward and firing several sand bullets towards Nitro.

Nitro would move in a zig zag motion before sprinting forward thrusting his hand forward and blasting a ray of shadows towards the woman.

Maria would duck down watching the ray fly over her head. "Oh. You aren't just big talk." She'd point a finger upward as a fist of sand would slam into Nitro carrying him upwards. Maria would have sand lift her up as she'd fly after Nitro sending several sand bullets towards him.

Nitro would break free of the hand before he'd begin to shot shadows out of his hands and feet to fly off. He'd stop floating face to face with Maria before flying towards her. He'd spin around sending several waves of shadows towards her.

Maria would have sand wrap around her to form a shield before slamming more sand into Nitro. The woman would have the sand wrap around him to form an orb around Nitro before slowly clenching her fist attempting to crush him.

Nitro would send a wave of shadows off his body continuing to float as he'd breath heavily. "Ouch. Shit." He'd have his markings release a black aura.

Maria would cross her arms smirking. "Hm. Maybe you are just bark and no bite. After all you are only a first generation."

"First Generation?" Nitro stared confused by this new term.

"Yes. The pure blood Dotatos. Those who were born as a Dotato are a first generation. I on the other hand am a superior. I am a second generation. A human who was genetically modified to have my power. All the opponents you've been facing. Were second generations. Unlike you first we can inhale gas that'd normally be poisonous to you because they contain Anti Dotato particles. Like now." She'd press a button as several fake plants all over the island would begin to release a pink gas all over the island.

Brooklyn would begin to cough covering her mouth looking up at the sky. "What is this?"

Adalina would begin to cough. "Damn. It's particles made specially for Dotato. Don't breath in too much of it."

Nitro would stare at the pink cloud beginning to form before turning to Maria who'd have a wicked smirk on her face.

"Well? If you can beat me I'll release the cure for them! If you can't you and your friends will die! Prove to me you aren't just a number!" Maria would yell loudly sending several hands of sand at Nitro.

Nitro would begin to fly towards Maria slamming a palm into her stomach before blasting her with a ray of shadows.

Maria would fly back before being caught by sand having a hand grab Nitro before tossing him into the air as two more would slam into his front and back at the same time.

Nitro would cough out blood before clenching his fist. I could use that technique but there's no guarantee it'll work. He'd aim his hand forward firing shadows as Maria would float to the side. Nitro would appear above her slamming his foot onto the top of her head sending her towards the ground.
Yeah. I will. After his thought Nitro would slowly extend both his hands out and form a triangle. A small orb would slowly form before fading away and beginning to flicker between being gone and being seen.

Maria would fly back up towards Nitro slamming a sand hand into him. She'd float back before beginning to fire a barrage of sand bullets towards him. "Die die die die!" She'd have several hands wrap around him and begin to squeeze tightly.

Nitro would begin to gasp for air struggling to break out. Damn! I forgot he warned me about needing time to charge the attack!

Brooklyn would slowly stand up before grabbing her pole. She'd pull her arm back and at full force throw her pole towards Maria making sure it slammed into her stomach. "Bullseye." She'd cough again before dropping down to her knees.

Nitro would break free and put his hands in the same position as last time.

Maria would grab her side grunting in pain before looking down to see a collapsed Brooklyn. "I'll deal with her later. Now." She'd turn back to Nitro. "Whatever you're doing I'm not going to let it happen."

Nitro would remain silent for a few moments before speaking. "Kay."

Maria would point her hand forward creating a spike before having it fly towards Nitro.

An explosion of black aura would be seen as the spike would've been destroyed. Anyone who could stand on the island would look up to see that all the shadows on the ground were flying up towards Nitro.

Nitro would clench his fist as the shadows would begin to enter his body several more markings appearing on his body as he'd fly towards Maria slamming his knee into her stomach.

Maria would drift back for a second before flying towards Nitro slamming her fist into his face. "Weak." She'd spin having sand slam into his chest. "Disgusting!" She'd grab Nitro by his neck. "I'm going to finish this!"

Nitro would aim his hand up firing a burst of shadows at Maria's face. She'd quickly lean back while releasing Nitro. "Wow."

Nitro would begin to slash at Maria sending off several waves of shadows before he'd fade away and appear behind her slashing at her back. Noticing his hit made contact he'd begin to use this method fading and reappearing random slashing her with a wave of shadows.

Maria would be knocked around in the sky like a rag doll before looking up at Nitro. Both of them would be covered in cuts and bruises.

Nitro would begin to smirk. "What was that about the second generation being the best?"

Maria's anger would quickly explode as she'd scream in frustration. "DAMN YOU DAMN YOU DAMN YOU!" She'd begin to throw punches at him furiously not even aiming for him. Her mind was too over come with frustration she'd slam her fist into what she thought was Nitro before it'd explode into shadows.

Nitro would appear behind Maria slamming his palm into her back. "It's over." He'd fire a burst of shadows into her back sending her towards the ground watching her crash down. His markings would fade away as he'd let out a loud sigh. "Phew. Almost ran out of energy there for a second."

Lilith would grab the remote and press a button as a green gas was released. All of the Dotato on the island would begin to breath.

Leonidas would stare at Eric in confusion. "You know what just happened?"

Eric would shrug. "Nope. No idea. I just saw these two people fighting in the air."

Leonidas would smack the back of Erics head. "Idiot!"
