Chapter 6: Heavy Step Eric vs Adalina

After the previous battle another day had passed and the teams met. The area had changed again to be a rocky field with very little snow on it. This time it was Eric's turn to fight he stepped forward onto the field.

"Mhm. Mhm. This is perfect for my fight." He'd slam a fist into his palm. "Lets go already."

The black haired woman walked forward. "My name is Adalina an I will be your opponent." She'd hold up her hand a purple aura forming around it. "In the name of Spector. You will be defeated." She'd point a finger down as a purple light would shine from beneath Eric causing him to drop to his knees.

"Eh?!" He'd attempt to stand up his body feeling much heavier than it should. I don't know what this ability is but I'll beat it! Eric thought to himself rocks attaching to his body as he'd stand up and sprint forward. Slamming a rock fist into her stomach. "POWER!" Eric would yell running forward.

"Kneel down." Adalina would say before beginning to increase the gravity around Eric again before she'd sprint forward slamming a foot into his chest causing him to fly back. "Someone like you could never stand up to Spector. Eh?" She'd blink several times realizing Eric was gone. "Ha! Did he flee like a coward?" She'd pause feeling the ground shake.

Eric would burst out of the ground grabbing Adalina and leaping into the air with her. "Well technically I'm not standing up to Spector right now." He'd spin throwing her to the ground before having a boulder slam down onto her. "NOPE I WIN THAT COUNTS THAT SHOULD COUNT!" He'd yell as the boulder would explode into pieces Adalina dusting herself off.

"Well you're better than I thought." The woman would say before a purple aura would surround her. She'd raise her hand before clenching it into a fist and pretending as if she were pulling something down causing Eric to fly down and crash. "Hmph." She'd point her finger up causing Eric to levitate up before she'd walk forward and slam her foot into his chest several times before raising her leg and slamming it into his head.

Eric would slowly stand up several rocks attaching to his fist. "One more should do it."

Angered by his resilience Adalina would begin to growl purple aura surrounding her fist. "I'm going to end this fight than crush you!"

The two opponents would slam their fist into each other. After the collision Eric would fly back slamming into a rock slowly dropping down.

Adalina would begin to laugh loudly brushing her hair to the side. "No Spector member would ever-" She'd turn as several rock pillars slammed into her stomach lifting her up before violently slamming her into the ground.

"Does that count?" Erics hand would drop as both he and Adalina would black out.

Even though it was a tie the Griffe members cheered and carried Eric off. In the building while the others were out Leonidas and Lilith would be seen speaking.

"Leonidas. Before your fight. I have to warn you about your opponent." Lilith stared at the black haired man a grim look in her eyes.
