Chapter 71

The next morning Leonidas would walk out of his room seemingly extremely exhausted. 

Nitro would turn to Leonidas. "Well damn."

Leonidas would look down at Nitro. "What?"

Nitro would shrug. "Nothing." 

Andere would walk into the room. "Is the boy here?"

"Which one is the boy?" Nitro would respond.

"That one." Andere would point at Leonidas. "I wanna show him something."

"What is it?" Leonidas would walk towards Andere.

"It's not a what. It's a he. Lets go." Andere would begin to walk leading Leonidas outside. Once they arrived outside there'd be a man standing at the front of the temple wearing traditional robes and holding a sword at his side. When Andere and Leonidas stopped in front of the man he towered over them looking down at the both of them.

"Who are you?" Leonidas would say looking up at the man.

"Cain White." The man would say as he looked down to make eye contact with Leonidas.

Leonidas would go silent. He'd look at Andere then at Cain. "Is this suppose to be a joke? Because it's not funny."

Cain would begin to open up his robes revealing several tattoos and scales across his chest. "Does this prove it now?"

Leonidas would slowly begin to widen his eyes as tears began to fill his eyes.

Andere would begin to smile. "I'll let you two talk." She'd begin to walk away.

Maci Taiga and Kagura would look through the window watching the two.

"Oh it's another one of Leonidas's clan members." Maci would comment.

"It's nice that he isn't completely alone now especially after  everything that happened with his brother." Taiga would add beginning to smile.

"Mhm." Kagura would nod. "It is nice."

Leonidas would watch Andere walk away before turning his attention back to Cain. "So why are you here?"

"I'm here to make you an offer." Cain would begin to speak. "How about you come with me for a bit to train."

Leonidas would nod. "Yeah.  That sounds like a good idea."

"Great." Cain would begin to walk away. "Lets go then."

Leonidas would nod as he followed behind Cain. "So where are we going?"

Maci, Kagura, and Taiga would walk out the temple as Leonidas and Cain left.

"We're coming too." Kagura would begin to speak as she flew up to the two. "So where are we going?"

"A little  place I have where we can train." Cain would respond as they continued to walk.

A few hours later they would arrive at a at a dojo. "Here we are." Cain would gesture to the dojo. "Yeah you'll be training here. You use a sword right?"

Leonidas would nod. "Yeah I do."

"Good."  Cain would reach for his sword. "I'm just going to have a quick sparring match just to get an idea of your skill level."

Leonidas would draw his sword. "Sounds fair."

Cain would dash forward towards Leonidas slashing downwards.

Leonidas would leap back as Cain slammed his sword into the ground causing several cracks in the ground.

Cain would continue slashing as Leonidas would do his best to avoid the slashes.

Leonidas would swing his sword towards Cain as he ducked down avoiding the slash.

Leonidas would spin and slash at Cain's  face who would bend backwards to avoid it.

Cain would lean forward smiling widely as he'd thrust his sword forward stopping before he'd reach Leonidas's chest. "Alright. I think I've gotten an idea of how good you are. Oh and one more thing. I met one of those "Twelve Miracles" while looking for you and brought them along too. So you two can have a match and see how you do against each other."

"Which one of them?" Leonidas would ask beginning to remove his shirt to reveal his own tattoos.

"Me." Ayita would say as she walked forward having been listening to the conversation.

"Oh you again." Leonidas would smirk. "Alright lets-" He'd be cut off as Ayita dashed forward and slashed at him. She held a sword which didn't appear to be made of metal but rather aura. "Oh that's an interesting ability." Leonidas would step back raising his sword.

"Thank you." Ayita would smirk as her sword vanished. She'd hold out her hands as aura surrounding them and a scythe formed. She'd dash forward and begin to rapidly swing at Leonidas. Each slash leaving a streak of light in the air for a few seconds.

Leonidas would begin to avoid the slashes watching the streaks of light. He'd begin to take the offensive and begin to swing at Ayita. The scythe she was holding vanishing as she began to attempt to the avoid the slash.

Ayita would hold up her hand creating a pole as she began to block Leonidas's slashes. The pole would become a sword again as the two would slash at each other. Both of them being covered in their aura as a large burst of wind would form and the clashing of auras could be felt through the area. The two would both fly back and land on the ground sliding back.

Cain would walk forward. "Alright. That's a good spot to end it on."

Ayita's sword would vanish as Leonidas put his away and nodded.

"Oh right. What's with those tattoos." Ayita would say staring at his body.

"Each one has a different meaning." Leonidas responded. "The ones on my back are a symbol for the main branch of my clan though."

Ayita would nod. "Interesting."

"What do those facemarks represent?" Leonidas would say asking her.

"In my tribe these are a symbol of respect. Only respected warriors get these marks." Ayita responded.

Several hours later as the group sat in a room Leonidas looked around. "Why are you all here?"

Ayita would shrug. "I don't know. Everyone else is here."

"I just wanna share a room." Maci would shrug while Taiga nodded in agreement.

Kagura would remain silent. "Do I need a reason to be here?"

"Oh I almost forgot. It's Friday!" Maci would yell loudly. "Slap ass Friday come here everyone!" She'd yell loudly as she vanished as a blur moving throughout the room smacking everyone's ass.

Ayita would go silent staring blankly. "...What?"

Taiga would begin to laugh loudly. "Friday's must be pretty nice then."

Kagura shrugs. "You learn to deal with it eventually."

"Well time to sleep." Taiga would grab Leonidas and shove his face into her chest holding him down. "Well good night everyone."

Leonidas would go still showing he was unconscious as Taiga and the others went to sleep.
