Chapter 31:Titanium vs Poison

Leonidas raised his arm and ran towards Sander. As he got closer he'd raise his scaled hand and slash at Sander with it.

Sander would grab Leonidas's arm smirking at him. "Is that all you can do?" He'd surround his other hand in a purple aura. "Such big talk you had before." He'd slam his fist into Leonidas's chest sending him back into a wall.

Leonidas would land on his feet rubbing his stomach. "Hm. Unless you can penetrate my skin that won't work."

"Yes but you will have to give that form a break eventually. Unless you want to become a full demon." Sander would respond. "Can you defeat me in the little time you have?"

"...Yes. Maybe. Probably?" Leonidas would run forward towards Sander beginning to throw a barrage of punches at him.

Sander would begin to block each of Leonidas's attacks. "Hm?" He'd spin around Leonidas slamming his elbow into his back. "Hm. This isn't as entertaining as I thought it would be."

Leonidas would spin around throwing a punch at Sander widening his eyes in shock as his fist was caught. "So when someone says catch these hands you aren't suppose to catch it."

Sander would begin to repeatedly slam his fist into the same spot on Leonidas's stomach before he'd flip him over his back and slam his foot into his chest causing the floor to crack.

Leonidas would slowly stand up again panting heavily. He'd run forward again before Sander slammed his foot into his face. Leonidas would stumble to the side before being caught in a barrage of punches.

Sander would grab Leonidas by his face before slamming into a wall. He'd spin and slam him into the ground again before inhaling deeply. "Oh right. I forgot I can tell you I can do this." He'd exhale a large cloud of purple smoke as it'd fill the room.

Leonidas would leap back covering his mouth. He'd look around and slam his foot into the wall letting some of the smoke out before breathing heavily. I inhaled some of it. Leonidas would cough before looking up and noticing Sander was running towards him.  As Sander would throw another punch Leonidas would roll to the side as Sander slammed his fist into the ground creating a small hole. I'm out of time I have to rest and recharge.

"Hm? Is the pseudo demon running away?" Sander smirked as the purple aura in his hands faded away. "Such a shame."

Leonidas would begin to growl at Sander his ability still active. Leonidas would double over letting out a loud scream as his scales slowly spread across more of his body. They'd work they're way up his shoulder and partly on his chest. A red aura would surround him as he'd continue to scream loudly. Dammit more scales are spreading wait a minute! Leonidas would slowly force himself up. He'd run forward towards Sander and throw another punch. Sander would raise his arm to block to see Leonidas's punch moved faster than he could react and would take a blow to the chest and slide back.

"Hm..." Sander would pat his chest several times as purple aura surrounded his hands again. "Alright then. Round two."

The two opponents would run forward at each other. As Sander would attack Leonidas would manage to actually keep up this time being able to block some of Sander's attacks. As they fought he was also able to land a few punches here and there.

Sander would have a wide smile on his face as he and Leonidas continued to fight. "Amazing! Maybe you are worthy of being called a demon!" He'd yell as he and Leonidas slammed their fist into each other.

Leonidas slid back slightly before quickly recovering and beginning to attack again. He'd slam his fist into Sander's chin knocking him into the air. Leonidas would leap up grabbing Sander by his leg and pulling him down slamming him into the ground. "I will admit you are pretty good." Leonidas would drop down towards Sander.

Sander would roll to the side as Leonidas slammed his feet into the ground. He'd quickly stand up and lunge forward slamming his fist into Leonidas. "Alright." Sander would spin slamming the back of his fist into Leonidas's face knocking him back.

Leonidas would slide back as Sander ran to him. He'd raise his leg slamming it into Sander's chest knocking him into a wall. Leonidas would hold up his scaled arm. "I'm going to finish this." Leonidas ran towards Sander.

Sander would sprint towards Leonidas surrounding his fist in a large amount of purple aura. The two would leap forward slamming their fist into each other seeming to be in a stalemate at first before Leonidas would slowly begin to over power Sander growling. "This is why they call me a demon!" He'd yell loudly finally overpowering Sander and flinging him into a wall.

Sander would slide down the wall and fall onto his chest the purple aura around his hands fading away.

Leonidas would return to his normal form screaming loudly. "WOO!" He'd quickly call Nitro and Lilith as they'd both answer.

"Yo. What happened?" Nitro asked staring at Leonidas in the video call. "You seem pretty beat up."

"Not much. I was able to beat Sander." Leonidas would speak preparing to brag.

"WHAT!?" Lilith stared in shock. "H-how were you able to?"

"Well I look like more of a dragon now." Leonidas would scratch the back of his head.

"Okay. Just wait the....council." Lilith mumbled. "Sent some guards to capture him."

"Okay." Leonidas looked at Sander who was on his back now and noticed his eye was blue. "...Nah."

"Okay." Lilith began to spoke again. "When you guys get back we can all-" She turned as she was interrupted by a laughing Ember who was being controlled by Sander again.

"Congratulations Leonidas! You won our fight but I will still be the victor!" Ember would slam both her hand into the ground a red circle spreading across the building.

Brooklyn would run towards Ember to stop her. "Ember don't!"

"Game over." Ember would speak as a large explosion formed being seen throughout the city. The entire building      now nothing but rubble. Lilith's video in the call would simply go to static.

"Lilith? Lilith!" Nitro yelled awaiting a response.

Sander simply laughed loudly. "Ahahaha! There! It's over Leonidas!"

"Lilith!" Nitro would continue to yell loudly but would get no response. All he and Leonidas would hear would be the sound of static in the call.
