When Leonidas and Cain sat down Cain took a deep breath before letting out a sigh. "Alright...this is a bit of a long story so forgive me if I miss a few details." He paused for a moment and tapped his foot against the ground. "You know of the gods and goddess correct? It's basic knowledge."

"Yeah." Leonidas nodded during the moment Cain went silent for him. "Something we're told about since we were kids."

"Well." Cain began to speak again before pointing up. "They watch over us and watch our every move. They created everything. Our aura and so on. So would it make sense for a creator to develop a deep fascination with their creation?"

"I guess." Leonidas shrugged. "So what does this have to do with my parents exactly?"

"Well. One of the many goddess in our world began to develop a slight fascination with your father. That curiosity soon turned into love and that love soon created you." Cain moved his finger so he was now pointing at Leonidas. "To make a long story short. You're the product of a goddess love for a mortal."

Leonidas went silent in complete shock at Cain's statement. "This is some sort of joke right? You can't be serious."

"I'm not joking Leonidas." Cain shook his head. "Why would I lie?"

After a few moments Leonidas began to laugh loudly completely disregarding everything Cain just said. "If you didn't know about my Mom you could've just said I don't know!" He took a second to breath before his laughter continued. "I didn't know you could be so funny Cain. You really got me."

Cain continued shaking his head before letting out a soft sigh of what was probably annoyance. "I'm telling you everything I know-"

"Forgot it." Leonidas interrupted him while his laughter slowly died down. "I'll just get the answer from someone else eventually I guess. I'll give you effort for trying. You almost had me for a second there. If I were someone like Erick I probably would've fell for this shit."

"Maybe you should believe him." Taiga's voice called out to Leonidas while he walked away from Cain.

Leonidas stopped and began to look around the area. "Taiga? Where are you?"

"Right here on your shoulder." Taiga responded as Leonidas glanced to his shoulder and saw that on him was a mouse.

"...Taiga?" Leonidas paused for a second while he grabbed the mouse.

"Yeah it's me." Taiga's voice came from the mouse as it looked up at Leonidas. "I got curious about what you and Cain were talking about so snuck in." She leapt from Leonidas's hand and returned to her normal form beginning to stretch. "Mmm! Much better!"

"If you didn't speak and I found you on my own I probably would've crushed you." Leonidas watched Taiga return to her normal form.

"That's animal cruelty Leonidas." Taiga crossed her arms and began to pout. "That's mean."

"It's the circle of life." Leonidas shrugged. "I can't control that."

"So why don't you believe him?" Taiga tilted her head. "It's not that unbelievable."

"Well would you believe him if you were in my shoes?" Leonidas responded. "Because suddenly being told you're the child of a goddess is a bit drastic don't you think?"

"Alright it is a bit out of the blue but he sounded like he was being serious while he told you." Taiga walked around Leonidas and began to hug him tightly. "I mean even if he wasn't lying at least he tried to tell you something."

"I'd rather he say nothing then come up with these crazy lies." Leonidas glanced back at Taiga.

"Who knows? Maybe he is telling the truth and my little brother is the son of a goddess." Taiga began to squeeze Leonidas tighter while lifting him up and smiling. "Wow you've gotten heavier over the years. I guess it's because you're in better shape now. But just remember no matter what we'll always be family!" She cried out happily

"I know Taiga." Leonidas began to smile while she held up. "You can put me down now."

"Nnope!" Taiga responded while walking off. "You're staying just like this!" As she left Leonidas let out a slight sigh while Taiga began to laugh.
