Chapter 103

Kagura snored softly while laying in bed.

Maci would slowly open the door to Kagura's room smirking. "Kagura. Are you asleep?" She'd whisper.

Kagura would continue to snore and roll over onto her side. "Mmgh." She'd groan.

Maci began to tip toe into Kagura's room until she stood above her. She'd inhale deeply before she shouted. "Kagura!"

Kagura's eyes shot open as she yelled loudly. Out of reflex her wings shot out her back and sent several feathers towards Maci.

Maci began to dodge the feathers and caught one that was heading towards her face. "Woah!" She'd blink several times. "Relax. It's only me."

Kagura began to rub her eyes. "Sorry. I thought you were someone else. Why were you trying to wake me up anyway?"

"Well." Maci dropped the feather. "Andere-"

"Lady First." Kagura interrupted her.

"Andere!" Maci responded. "Went out with Reishi for council business. One of their meetings is today."

"Right." Kagura nodded. "So is it just us?"

"Mhm." Maci nodded. "Vincent went out on a personal job."

"Oh." Kagura's wings went back into her body as she laid down. "Can I go back to sleep?"

"No!" Maci shook her head and began to shake Kagura. "I'm booored! So you have to play with me!"

"Maci you aren't a child." Kagura sat up again beginning to run a hand through her hair. "You just have the mind of one. Eh?" She glanced down as Maci lifted her up.

"Lets go! You're gonna get dressed and we're gonna do something together!" Maci demanded as she brought and dropped Kagura in the bathroom and shut the door. "Now take a shower!"

"......" Kagura sighed loudly and minutes later when she came out fully dresser she crossed her arms. "There. I'm done."

"Yaaay!" Maci cheered as she walked out the house while Kagura followed behind her. "Where do you want to go?"

Kagura shrugged. "I don't know. Since everyone else is doing important things we should do right?"

"...Oh I got it!" Maci began to run while Kagura grew out her wings and flew after her.

The two soon got to the prison and walked in.

Akira stepped in front of Kagura and Maci when they got to the prison. "Excuse me." She'd hold out her hand. "Where are you going?"

"To see Samantha!" Maci tilted her head. "So move?"

Akira shook her head. "I'm sorry. She's a double S ranked criminal. She and her friends killed several people."

Maci nodded. "Yeah. So move." She took a step forward as several chains wrapped around her body and began to squeeze her tightly.

Maci's smile had vanished as she became surrounded in a red aura. "Akira....I know you have to do your job but." She'd glare at the woman as the chains began to crack before shattering completely. Maci took a step forward and raised her hand holding a ball of flames in her hand. "But if you wish to fight one of Andere's personally chosen teammates. I don'y think you'll like the results."

Akira widened her eyes as she felt Maci's aura continue to rapidly grow. She'd step back until she was pressed against the elevator door. Filled with complete fear she simply nodded eagerly. "Y-yes Maci."

"Good!" Maci's aura dropped as she hit the button to the elevator. "Thanks for seeing it my way!" She walked into the elevator followed by Kagura.

Akira simply stood in complete shock. While the elevator closed she stared at Maci. "That woman...."

"I've never seen you so scary." Kagura glanced towards Maci.

"And I've never seen you have emotion." Maci shrugged. "First time for everything?" When the elevator got to a floor that said B5 the two stepped out and walked towards a cell.

In the cell Samantha laid in bed. She had two bracelets on her wrists and ankles to limit her power. Should she try to use her ability she got a rough shock.

"Yo!" Maci would wave. "I need to walk to you."

Samantha would glance to Maci. "No."

"I just have some questions about this whole second generation thing." Maci smiled.

"I'm not answering your questions." Samantha turned away from Maci.

"Come onnn." Maci groaned. "What will get you to talk to me?"

"....Bring me uhm....what's his name." Samantha began to think. "...Leonidas! Bring him to me. And I'll answer all your questions."

"...." Maci began to pout and crossed her arms. "Hmph. Fine. I'll be back eventually!" Maci walked off

Samantha turned around only to see Kagura glaring at her before also walking away. "I will tell you one thing though. Eventually the people stronger than even Goriki will step out the shadows and when they do." Samantha began to smile widely. "Your world will crumble to the ground. Oh and by the way...Kagura was it? Don't worry. When I'm out of here I'll be sure to take special cate of Leonidas."

"...." Maci and Kagura simply remained silent. The only sound in the room was Samantha's crazed laughter.
