Chapter 75

Several days later Nitro Brooklyn and Erick all sat around a table talking about the tournament. All the participants received a notification telling them the brackets for the tournament would be released.

"So have the both of you been training?" Brooklyn would say tapping her Avancer checking to see if she had gotten the notification yet.

"Of course." Erick would nod. "My garden is fully grown. I'm ready for anyone now."

"...." Nitro would go silent. "How does the garden make you stronger again?"

"How many times do I have to explain?" Erick would begin to stretch. "Caring for the earth means the earth will care for me so my powers will be stronger."

Nitro and Brooklyn would look at each other before all three of them would hear a loud ding from their Avancers. Almost in perfect sync they'd all open up the bracket list to see their opponents and the identities of the rest of the twelve Miracles.

"Bracket A." Brooklyn would tap her Avancer. "Brooklyn vs Anaya." She'd tap on the name of her opponent and a picture of a woman with purple hair would pop up. "I'm fighting her apparently."

"I'm in bracket A too." Nitro commented. "I'm fighting this woman." He'd tap the name of his opponent Akari and a picture of a black haired
woman would appear.

"I'm in Bracket B." Erick would begin to speak. "I'm fighting some girl named Aika." As he tapped the name a picture of a brown haired woman would open up.

"So looks like you and I will be fighting." Nitro turned to Brooklyn smirking.

"I hope you're ready to lose." Brooklyn responded.

Lilith would levitate three packages and toss them at the group. "They sent uniforms for you all for when you enter the tournament."

The three of them would open up their packages and inside of all three of them were purple sweatsuits with their name of the back of each one.

"....They spelt my name wrong." Erick would hold his up to show it said "Eric" on the back.

Elsewhere Leonidas was asleep when Taiga would suddenly leap onto. "Leonidas! Wake up!" She'd begin to shake him violently. "The bracket for the tournament came." She'd say as she laid down on top of him

Ayita was holding the sheet skimming over it until she found her name. "I'm fighting someone named Sophia." She'd walk into the room.

"I have a person on top of me. Just tell me who I'm fighting." Leonidas glanced to Ayita.

"You're fighting someone named Sasha." She responded.

"Too bad I'm not fighting you first round." Leonidas would continue to look at her. "My plan was to knock you out round one."

Ayita would begin to growl. "Well we're in the same bracket so if." She'd say putting emphasis on if. "You win you can try to defeat me."

"You mean when." Leonidas responded. "Of course I'll win."

"Mhm." Ayita crossed her arms. "They also sent each of us our own special uniforms. You can try yours on later." She'd say walking off and returning with a box setting it on the bed.

Taiga would roll off Leondas as he grabbed and open up the box that also contained a purple sweatsuit with his name on the back.

"Oh they left a note." He'd say reading the note. "It says we know you like to show off so we made yours tighter."

Taiga would roll back onto Leonidas pushing him back down. She'd roll off of him so she was next to him laying her head onto his chest. "You'll do great Leonidas."
