Chapter # 7

THIRD PERSON'S POV

The operation was still going on and everyone was really scared. Pia felt dizzy again. She put her head on her dad's shoulder. "Have you ate something?" Her dad asked and she shook her head. "Just a cup of coffee with Ayush in the morning." She replied. "Let me grab you something to eat." Her dad said getting up. "No dad Ayush has not ate anything since morning so how can I eat!" She said with tears flowing down her cheeks. Her dad shook his head and went to take something for her to eat. She sat back on the chair and waited for her husband to get back like before.

Flashback

"Ayush bro I got you tickets for the prom night." Rahul said to Ayush. "No one will like to be my date." He said. "Ask your girlfriend na." He teased. "Ugh! Not again Rahul! She will go with someone else but will never go with me and for the last time she is not my girlfriend." Ayush replied. "Chill bro! Give it a try! She likes you!" He said seriously. "Like me? No she don't likes me in that way! She only takes me as a friend." He replied. "Okay then don't try. She will find someone else and then they will start dating. Then when they will get married their kids will call you uncle." Rahul said. "Yaar you are too filmy! Well okay I will give a try." He agreed. "Now go!" Rahul said and kicked him out of the class. He saw Pia surrounded by her gang and walked towards them confidently but inside he was hell scared. "Pia I wanna talk." He said and Pia nodded. "Not here just you and me." He said and everyone hooted. They went to a corner. "Now say it." She said hoping he will say what she wants to hear. "Will you be my date at the prom night?" He asked and wondered from where so much confidence came in him? Pia placed her hands around his neck and got close to his ear. "Yes." She whispered in his ear while blushing. He ruffled his hands through his hair and a smile was playing on his lips. (OMG! Imagine Varun! *faints*) Pia went back to her gang and they started throwing questions at her after watching the scene. "Pia are you seriously dating him?" Kajal asked. "How I wish I was!" Pia said dreamily but quickly shut her mouth at what she said. "You like him?" She asked with a wide smile and everyone's eyes were on her. She shyly nodded. "Seriously Pia? That nerd!" Gautam said with a disgusted look. "Don't you dare! He's much more handsome and cute than you." Pia defended Ayush with pure honest words. "Kajal you know who's sending me those roses and letters from two years?" Pia asked and Kajal shook her head. "It's Ayu who's sending them." She told her blushing red. "That means he likes you too." Kajal squealed.
