"Babe wake up." I woke up to Andrew next to me stroking my hair. As soon as I opened my eyes I had a headache.
"Fuck." I groaned holding my head. I had the worst hangover from last night.
"I know I feel the same way." He said. He got up and made his way to his cabinet and his hair was messy. I flipped on my back and looked up at the high ceiling and closed my eyes from the pain.
"Here babe." He said handing me a glass of water and headache medicine. I sat up on the couch and swallowed the pill and just sat there.
"I think I'm going to throw up." I said.
"You won't trust me I've felt the same way for the past hour and haven't. Hangovers suck." He said. He sat down next to me and I looked at the floor which was a complete mess from last night. An open bottle of whiskey was still on the floor and our glasses and pillows were all over from the couch.
"Did we do anything last night?" I asked.
"No." He chuckled a bit and folded his hands in his lap and looked across the room.
"Andrew." I said.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"I blacked out after you told me you loved me, trust me I remember and heard that. I wouldn't forget that." I smiled. I knew he thought I forgotten and that's why he was upset.
"Thank god." He said relieved and kissed my forehead.
"Babe I have a meeting early so I have to get you home." He said. I groaned and threw myself down on the couch.
"Fine." I said and got up and got my stuff together. I was starting to wake up more and he came up behind me and grabbed my waist.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you too." I said. He smiled and put on a button up and nice dress pants and shoes to go to the meeting and just brushed his teeth and hair.
"Do I look good enough for work?" He asked.
"You're fine." I said and put my hand on his chest and kissed his cheek.
"Let's go babe." He said. We got in his car and he drove me to my house.
"I'll pick you up soon babe." He said.
"Okay Baby." I said and kissed him before going into my house. When I walked in my mom was in the kitchen.
"How was your night?" She smiled.
"Great." I said and held my head and plopped down on the couch. I laid there with my eyes closed and just wanted to sleep.
"Have you been drinking?" I heard my mom ask.
"No." I groaned.
"I need to talk to you, I never got to actually talk to you about Andrew." She said. I just up off the couch and she sat down across from me.
"Wasn't he your superintendent?" She asked. I started laughing a bit.
"Yeah." I said.
"The one you've had a crush on for the past two years that Melanie made fun of you for?" She asked.
"Yes mom." I said.
"That's my girl." She said and started laughing.
"Oh my god." I said embarrassed.
"How much older is he than you?" She asked. I laid back down.
"Jasmine." She said sternly.
"He's thirty four." I mumbled lowly.
