Chapter 64

I woke up to Amdy placing a kiss on my cheek and I smiled.

"I couldn't help but kiss you, you look so cute when you're sleeping." He chuckled and I still smiled sleepily.

"Good Morning Andy." I said.

"Afternoon." He said sleepily and stretched his arm out.

"What?" I asked and he chuckled.

"Its okay I just woke up too." He chuckled and stroked my arm lightly.

"I thought you two were going to pick up Skylar around eights it's almost three o'clock in the-" my dad said stopping dead in the doorway of the bedroom like he saw a ghost.

"What?" I asked and followed his eyes to where he was looking right next to me which was the blunt we smoke from last night and the baggy Mel gave us laying right on the nightstand. I jumped up and so did Andy and quickly put it away and went infront of my dad.

"Sorry we over slept." I said and he threw his hands up and ran his fingers through his hair.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" He asked.

"What?" I asked.

"Don't even act like I didn't see that. Jasmine are you fucking serious?" He yelled and even Andy backed away.

"It was my fault." Andy said and my dad looked over at him and so did I.

"I don't give a shit whose fault it is you're both parents and grown adults what in the hell are you fucking doing?" He asked.

"Dad calm down." I said and he walked downstairs and I told Andy to wait as I followed him.

"Dad I'm sorry." I said.

"Please tell me you don't do that when Skylar is around." He said and I shook my head.

"No, this is the first time we've done it in months, we wouldn't do that around Sky." I said and he shook his head.

"You do realize he could get fired for this and that I'm a retired cop right?" He asked.

"Are you saying you're going to turn him in?" I asked and he shook his head.

"No I'm saying that you need to be careful and that I'm angry because I've seen what this shit has done to people." He said and I shook my head.

"It's not like that." I said and Andy came downstairs and my dad rolled his eyes.

"I can't believe you would do this, out of all people." He said.

"Dad it's really not that big of a deal." I said and he shook his head.

"At least you didn't walk in on us having sex?" I said trying to lighten the mood and my dad got even more annoyed.

"Oh my god." Andy mumbled and chuckled under his breathe and walked out of the room.

"Andy get back here." I said and he turned back around and stood next to me.

"Can we just talk to you?" I asked and he laughed.

"Sure why not." He said and sat down on the couch and we sat across from him.

"Mel gave us it, a while ago we smoked together and at first it was just supposed to be me, but Andy just did it and it wasn't something we planned on doing regularly. And then at the wedding Mel handed me the baggy and told me if we had problems to just do that and just talk and make up." I said and he narrowed his eyes at me.

"Aren't you two fine?" He asked.

"We are now, we weren't. Dad I had a mental breakdown last night in the shower and I had to just hold Andy until I stopped crying." I said and my dad sighed.

"Everything that's been happening happened so fast, we had Skylar and then mom was gone and then me and Andy were fighting and so much was put on me and I never sat down and dealt with it and it all built up on me." I said and Andy grabbed my thigh.

"I know-you're strong Jasmine." He said and I looked over at Andy and he smiled weakly.

"I just can't believe you two would still do that." He said and I shrugged.

"Suprise." I shrugged and Andy chuckled a bit and my dad just stared at me.

"I've been fucking up a lot lately and I know I've talked to you but I'm sorry." Andy said and my dad nodded.

"Everything that's happened isn't completely one hundred percent your fault other than one thing and you know exactly what I'm talking about, you're a good guy Andy you don't have to apologize to me I know you're a good person." He said and Andy looked over at me and I smiled.

"I'm going to have Skylar for another night." He said and me and Andy both looked at each other.

"Why?" I asked.

"To give you two another night with no worries and just to relax." He said and I nodded.

"Thank you." I said standing up and hugging him and he nodded.

"I'll be back tomorrow around three o'clock since that seems to be the time you usually wake up now." He chuckled and so did Andy.

"I'm going to get going, I love you guys." He said grabbing Skylars car seat holder Andy and I both kissed Sky and Andy shook my dads hand.

"Listen if you do it again, which by the looks of it you will. Just be careful, and hide it next time I don't want to see that." He said and we both nodded.

I walked him to the door and waved him goodbye and closed the door and Andy looked at me.

"I wasn't expecting that as soon as we woke up." He said and I nodded.

"You and me both." I sighed and went over to him to hug him.

"I told you my dad would never hate you." I said and he smiled and kissed me.

"That scared the shit out of me." He chuckled.

"I never seen your dad that mad and he's never talked to me like that." He said and I nodded.

"You should have seen him when he caught me in high school, when he still was a cop."  I said.

"I was grounded for months." I said and he raised an eyebrow at me.

"Then I guess that was a small reaction?" He asked and I nodded and he held my waist and kissed me.

"You were in a thong that whole time." He chuckled lowly pulling away.

"Could you see my ass?" I asked and he shook his head.

"My shirt was covering it you're good." He said and I sighed.

"Tonight we're not going to do anything but love and relax, like last night except when we wake up tomorrow it's going to be calm and relaxing. I just want one good relaxing day with you. No arguing, no crying, nothing. Just us loving. We both need it, and I want one good day before I have to go back to work okay?" He said and I nodded.

"I know we need it." I said and he smiled and cupped my cheek before kissing me again.

"Jasmine, I know we've been having sex a lot-" he paused chuckling a bit and I laughed.

"I want to make love to you." He said and I nodded and kissed him.

For the rest of the day that's all we did. We made love to each other and stayed in each other's arms. We needed one day with nobody but each other.
