Jasmine has always had a huge crush on her high school superintendent, but after graduating would it be that bad to have a thing with him? Would the age difference of her being 18 and him 34 be wrong to her family and friends?
I woke up at 4am expecting Andy to be laying next to me but he wasn't and I grabbed my phone and didn't have any texts or calls from him. I tried calling him but he didn't answer and it made me even more worried. It was still dark out and I heard a car door shut outside and Andy walked into the house. He looked exhausted and his hair was messy.
"Where in the hell were you?" I asked and he just shook his head.
"I was at work Jasmine." He said and I got up and went over to him.
"Bullshit Andy no school has people working that type of shift." I said pushing his chest and he narrowed his eyes at me and grabbed my wrists to stop me from touching him, he didn't want to hurt me but he didn't want me to touch him, at least the way I was.
"I fell asleep at the school." He said sternly and I narrowed my eyes at him.
"You didn't text or call me to let me know? You didn't text me earlier in the night maybe to say that you werent coming?" I asked and he took his blazer off.
"My phone died." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"Was it the same girl?" I asked and he glared at me.
"You think I cheated on you?" He asked slightly rasing his voice.
"You act like I went out to a club last night and got drunk and fucked somebody, Jasmine do you understand how crazy you sound right now? I didn't cheat on you, please just stop talking I need to sleep." He said.
"Then why are you just now coming home?" I asked and he pushed me against the wall. He stared at me for a moment and I could tell he was sorry for being rough with me but he was angry.
"You never fucking listen to me." He said raising his voice again.
"Andrew-"
"No Jasmine. Shut up." He spat.
"I did not cheat on you. I was at work all day and night yesterday and I fell asleep in my office. My phone died and I couldn't call or text you to let you know. I'm sorry, just stop thinking I'm fucking cheating on you Jasmine." He said.
"I had to stay there to get my work done, I was late yesterday and was threatened to lose my job if I didn't." He sighed and I just wanted to kiss him. I felt so bad and he looked so tired.
"I love you and I missed you and I'm sorry if you couldn't sleep because I wasn't here." He said and let go of my wrists and he picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged him.

He held the small of my back to support me up. I ran my fingers through his hair and kissed him and when I pulled away he smiled weakly.
"You scared the hell out of me Andy, and it's not just because I thought you were cheating. I didn't know where you were and I didn't know if you were okay or not." I said.
"It's okay I'm here now." He said.
"My dad made me feel better yesterday and then when I woke up and you still weren't here and it just got me thinking again." I said.
"You thought I was with some one else yesterday?" He asked.
"I don't know, you said you wouldn't be coming home until late and it scared me." I said and he shook his head.
"Don't be scared, you don't have to be scared of me ever doing that to you. I know I fucked up when I went on that trip but please. I will never do that to you again okay." He said and I chuckled.
"My dad saw my neck and I was talking about how I was scared and everything and he goes 'by the looks of your neck it looks like your relationship is just fine.'" I said and he laughed.
"My baby girl, if you ever think I'm being an idiot talk to me about it you know you can." He said and I nodded and kissed him again.
"I missed you so much and it wasn't even a day you were gone." I said and he chuckled.
"I missed you too, but the good thing is I got my work done." He said and I nodded.
"I'm sorry for being rough with you Jas." He said and I nodded and he led me back over to the couch and kicked the remote out of the way and I chuckled and he laid me down and took his shirt and jeans off andlaid behind me. He wrapped his arm around me and my back faced him and his kissed behind my ear as he held me.

"Jasmine, I know everything I did, when I fucked up on that trip, but please- please just trust me. I love you Jasmine, I need you and I never want you to think I'm cheating on you again." He said and I nodded and turned around to face him.
"Besides, I'm stuck with you for the rest of my life." He chuckled and I hit his chest playfully.
"You pushed me and I really wasn't expecting that." He said.
"I know I'm sorry." I said and he shook his head.
"Don't be I grabbed your wrists and pushed you against the wall and yelled at you." He said tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
"You didn't hurt me." I said.
"But I still did it and I shouldn't have." He said and I kissed him.
"I liked it." I said pulling away from him and he smirked at me.
"What time is it?" He asked.
"4:30." I said and he sighed.
"I'm so tired but I'm not going to be able to sleep now." He said and I buried my head into his neck and kissed it and he rubbed my back.
"They said you could lose your job?" I asked and he nodded.
"They said if I didn't get my shit together and do the paper work and finish it by today I would be fired." He said.
"Andy I'm sorry I didn't know." I said and he shook his head.
"It's fine, I got it done that's all that matters and now I can spend more time with you and Skylar." He said and I swear I was holding him tighter than I ever had.
"I love you." I said and he kissed my cheek.
"I love you too." He said and I rubbed his back softly and he relaxed his body more as he held me.
"Goodnight baby." He said.
"Goodnight." I said and we both fell asleep in each other's arms.
