"Babe while you're at work today I'm going to tell Mel about everything." I said as he was getting ready for work and fixed his tie in the mirror.
"You can't hide this forever." He said.
"I haven't told Norman yet." He sighed.
"I know, I already know he hates me." I said.
"He doesn't hate you." He said.
"Well I'm not his favorite person." I laughed.
"Stop he likes you he just didn't know how you were at first." He said.
"You should tell him today." I said.
"You want me to?" He asked.
"You can't hide this forever." I mocked and he smirked and rolled his eyes.
"Shut up." He laughed.
"Stop, you love me." I laughed and brought him into a hug and kissed him.
"I don't want to leave." He said.
"I know but you have to." I pretended to frown.
"You want me to leave." He laughed.
"Shut up and go to work." I said.
"See!" He said laughing.
"I have to go though I love you baby." He said opening the door.
"I love you too." I smiled and he left. I grabbed my phone and texted Mel.
"I'm coming over today, I have to talk to you." I said.
"About time you've texted me, how long have you and Andrew been in the bedroom for?" She replied. I laughed when I read it.
"Shut up Mel." I replied and locked my phone. I went upstairs and took a quick shower and changed into a boyfriend style PINK shirt and black leggings with a pair of converse.
"On my way." I texted Mel. I grabbed my purse and keys and got in my car.
"You're in a hurry aren't you?" She texted back and ignored her as I drove to her house. When I got there I walked in without even knocking and saw her sitting on the couch.
"Well you're here." She laughed.
"Yeah." I laughed nervously. I felt even more nervous telling her than my parents for some reason.
"What's up?" She asked patting the cushion next to her. I sat down she looked at me when I didn't reply.
"Oh no did you break up?" She asked. I laughed at what she said.
"What?" She asked.
"Mel, I'm pregnant." I flat out said. She looked at me for a minute expecting me to laugh but I didn't.
"What." It was more of a statement than a question.
"Are you serious?" She asked.
"Dead serious." I said.
"Does Andrew know?" She asked.
"He found out on vacation, on the same day I did because I was crying so much." I said.
"Do your parents know?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"You're being dead serious?" She asked.
"Yes Melanie." I said smiling nervously.
"Oh my god." She said.
"I know it was a lot for me to take in too, it still is but I'm calmer now that my parents know." I said.
