Jack's pov
We woke up in a forest clearing.I wondered why we're here,but the pool looked familiar to the one we had in our shared dream.Felix started to twitch his ear to wake up."Ugh,where are we now?"he quickly raised his head up to look up the surroundings."This is reality,Felix."I said without looking at him.I noticed that Mark is still asleep.Did somebody still want to talk to him in StarClan?

When he woke up,he rubbed his head."Uh,guys.Firestar talked to me and he said that we need to find one of his daughters,Leafpool.I think she might be around here,somewhere."That's just great.How can we find a cat in this huge forest?

With Mark on lead,we went down the stream from the Moonpool.It was downhill so it's kinda steep."Firestar said ThunderClan is just nearby.Their camp is in an old mine quarry.We can find Leafpool there."he said,while walking."Uh,Mark,how can we get there?"Felix asked."I think he mentioned an old road that leads to the camp.Right near the road is an old cottage.That'll lead us straight to ThunderClan."

3rd person pov
Leafpool had another bundle of watermint for Daisy's bellyache.She's been nursing the kits for so long.As she crossed the camp,she noticed the fresh-kill supply is getting lower.The hunting patrols was about to take care of that.Newleaf brings warm mornings,and new prey to find.

Brackenfur was over the entrance of the warrior's den,talking with Spiderleg.Squirrelflight padded over them and asked."Hey,Brackenfur,free to go on a hunting patrol with Spiderleg?"

"That'll be great!"he said.Spiderleg nodded."We'll take Brightheart if you like."Spiderleg added."Ok.Try among the old Thunderpath.There's loads of prey hiding."Squirrelflight mewed;her ear flicking with approval.But Leafpool cut in."Brightheart can't go.I still need to check on her injured eye."her eyes narrowed with annoyance."Oh,come on,Leafpool.I'm fine.I felt no pain from my eye anymore."Brightheart yowled from the medicine cat den."You sure about that?"Jayfeather asked.

"I'm not a kit anymore.The Clan needs to be fed,after all."she said."Okay,fine.But don't get yourself into fights."Leafpool sighed.Brightheart nodded and padded into the thorny entrance after Brackenfur spoke for a quick word with Thornclaw.

MEANWHILE..

The three cats passed by the old cottage near the road."We're just nearby!"Jack beamed.They were halfway on their journey when Felix halted way behind them."Uh guys,I think we're not alone here."he mewed and crouched down near a thick bush.More pawsteps were heard,and out came Brackenfur.He pounced on the ginger tom with claws unsheathed.

"What are you doing on ThunderClan territory?"the brown cat snarled at Felix."Wait,we're in ThunderClan?!Thank goodness!"Jack yowled."Now get off him or I'll show what I'm made of."he turned his blue gaze on the ThunderClan warrior.

"Stop,okay?Maybe these cats are just as young as apprentices.Maybe they got lost."Brightheart mewed softly."So what can we do for you?"she asked."Uh,we're looking for a cat named Leafpool.Her father told me she must be in ThunderClan."Mark explained.

"See,you mouse-brained furball?They don't mean any harm!"she turned to the three cats."You've come to the right place.I'll show you where to find her."Spiderleg mewed.Brackenfur was the one to notice Mark's lightning bolt on his fur."Are you born with that thing on you?"he asked.Mark tried to swallow the fact that StarClan gave it to him and the only thing he could do is say yes.

"My name is Brightheart.These are my Clanmates Brackenfur and Spiderleg."she pointed with her tail to her Clanmates."Uh..I'm Mark.This is Jack and Felix."the black tom said.

"You look like very healthy cats.Why can't you live with us in ThunderClan?You're heading there,right?"Brackenfur asked."Brackenfur's right.Maybe you could train as apprentices."Spiderleg agreed.
