Alex POV

I jolted awake the next day and I found myself laying on the cold floor. I studied my surroundings carefully, and I came to a conclusion that I was in a freaking cell, my hands were bond together and chains were wrapped around my ankles. The metal burned me when I tried to shift my position.

I noticed that the cells were almost empty: Don't they have prisoners or something ? I thought.
But the ones who were there weren't chained like I was.

After hours of waiting, the metal doors opened revealing Blondie, he looked at me and smirked. The things I would give to knock this smirk out of his face.

"Look who's awake" he said while smirking I glared at him hopping he would disappear from the face of the earth. He saw me glaring and had the nerve to laugh.

"I didn't get to properly introduce myself since you kicked me in the balls, my name is Jonathan Beta of the Blood Moon pack", at the name of the pack all color drained from my face, I must have looked as white as a paper. I just had to stumble on this territory.

"Can't you just let me go? I told you I was just passing through I mean no harm to you or your pack. I swear to the moon goddess"I asked almost pleading.

"For the last time Rogue, I can't do that you need to wait for the  Alpha. Hopefully he'll be back tomorrow" he told me backing away and leaving me to my thoughts. His voice was taunting me and I gritted my teeth to stop myself from growling. I was in enough trouble.

A voice brought me back to reality
"What is a girl like you doing here ?", asked me an old man.

"I was just passing through", he laughed at my response "Aren't we all", he said looking up.

"Care to explain what 'passing through' means in your dictionary?", he said looking at me, he reminded me of my father with his blue eyes. But my father 's weren't void like this man's.

"Why are they keeping me here ? Why didn't they kill me immediately?", I said and diverted my gaze. I wasn't going to tell a complete stranger about my past.

He looked at me with pity in his eyes. My eyes narrowed at him not liking the way he was looking at me.

"Either they think you have information they could use or you'll become their punching bag" He hissed with gritted teeth.

I thought I could feel my heart skip a beat.

"Why are you here?" I asked him.

"I know too much and I wish I didn't"

I found joy in staring at a brick that was diffrent from the other. It was crooked and shouldn't have been placed to form a brick wall.

"The Alpha is coming back tomorrow I think" He sighed heavily.

I looked around and ignored his statement.

"I've looked at these walls for 9 months trying to find a way out. There's none" the way his voice dropped made me inhale sharply.

"There's no way out?" I refused to believe there was no way to escape.

In my surge of panic I realized that my wolf was incredibly silent. I had felt weak but I didn't focus on it. My beast was nowhere in my mind for me to find. I searched and searched but the space she used to fill was dark.

"Calm down kid, your wolf should appear in that mind of yours soon. You're probably not used to the change of location" He explained reading my horror filled expression.
