Virginie's Point Of View
November 6th
It's definitely getting colder in London and the end of the term is beginning as it gets harder. At least, I have Matt to support me, to encourage me in my studies, because I'm so easily distracted by Harry since he is moving out of his house on Spaniard Road. I had to study with Matt for two days since I really didn't do anything in my week break and now I can't wait to see Harold. In fact, he got everything done when we where in Sheffield and moved in Tuesday as he came back from Holmes Chapel. He spent the day at his Mum's on Monday while I came back in London Sunday.
Since the tour has ended, he seems different. I don't know what is getting to him or what he is thinking about, but he doesn't seem like himself. I try my best to make him happy in anyway that I can, but it never lasts. He invited me over and I have no idea where he lives now, so I blindly trust my, well his, GPS and drive his Audi to his new house. It's quite different from his last one, but it's still beautiful. For once, nobody is waiting in the streets and it's very calm.
Harry warmly greets me and I just can't help myself. I jump in his arms and kiss him before he even says a word. I feel him giggle against my lips. I part our lips to look at his smiling and surprised face. God I missed him! He looks healthy and well rested for once. I can't look away as we smile at each other, but something definitely catches my attention. It smells good! Not good like Harry good, but good like Harry's cooking good! What is he doing!? Not tacos again... He laughs at me and shows me the way around and I stop at the kitchen. I see tomato dried chicken with some pasta. It looks delicious and smells just as wonderful. I love when he cooks! He doesn't seem much, but what he knows how to do is very delicious. I don't even want to see the rest of the house yet, I sit on the counter and smile at him until he resumes his cooking. Damn he looks hot!
"How was your week?" He asks me on a funny tone that makes me smile instantly while he tastes a noodle.
"Long! You have no idea how much I missed you..." I pout at him as he smiles in return.
"I missed you too!" He winks at me.
"What did you do? It was your real first week off..."
"A lot of new things happened actually! I got to have some of the longest nights of sleep ever, I had everything moved in so when I came back from my Mum's it was already set and I did my Christmas shopping." He says joyfully looking at me.
"What?! Look at who joked about my excessive Christmas spirit the other day!" I laugh at him overly happy that he finally shares my enthusiasm for this holiday.
He smiles at my comment, beautifully dimpling me as he drains his pasta into the sink.
I look around and I'm really in awe with his kitchen. It's warm and beautifully designed. It has a radio in the corner of the counter across from me. So I jump off mine and go turn it up because the sound is low but a beautiful melody is playing... I get it up and recognize Ed Sheeran's voice to his song Thinking Out Loud.
"I love this song... His voice is simply beautiful and those lyrics are so true. I wish every man could just pour their hearts like that... "
"Maybe they can't... It's not easy for everyone to have their way with words like we do..."
"We?!"
"Ed, you and me..."
"Me!?! I could be rubbish and you wouldn't know!" I laugh the flattering comment he did for me.
