'Thank you so much, guys. Words can't explain how happy I am right now. Grabe, you caught me off guard. I didn't expect these things. Wow talaga ang galing niyong lahat. Thank you so much, God for all of these blessings."
I said habang lahat sila nakatingin sa 'kin for my speech na biglaan lang din kasi they insisted na kailangan ko daw mag-speech.
"I love you all so much. Mom, dad, Kuya Nico, and Ate Alex, thank you so much for being my family. I know that you're all so busy but you still cleared your schedules for me. Kuya Nico, you even flew back from Australia and likewise Ate Alex, from Paris. You guys make me feel so loved and special and I thank you for that. And to my whole family, kila Tito, tia and sa mga pinsan ko na nandyan, I love you guys so much."
I said looking at my family. My mom and sister blew me a kiss while the two guys lifted their cups for me. Then I looked at out helpers.
" Kahit sila Nanay Tita, Yaya Lovely, Kuya Diego, Tatay Rey, thank you kasi kapag walang tao dito sa bahay tapos uuwi ako, sinasamahan niyo ako lagi. Pinaparamdam niyo sa 'kin na hindi haunted 'tong bahay."
Nagtawanan naman sila sa sinabi ko.
"To my teammates, I hate you all for bullying me hahah. Kidding aside, thank you for being my second family. Coach Norman, Coach Chito and to all of you who helped me grow and improved my game, thank you. Kief, Von, bahala a kayo sa buhay niyo. Yung message ko sa inyo, alam niyo na yun.Sa Lady Eagles, thank you for taking care of Dennise, and for being my sisters and for acceptingme to be Den's suitor."
May pa special mention naman ako kay Ella kasi reklamo na ng reklamo na gutom na siya.
"Besh Ella, yung food nasa ref para sayo lang yun. Wait na lang matatapos na yung speech ko."
"To the Lazaros thank you so much po for everything. I am beyond grateful. Sobrang thank you po for allowing me to enter your lives and letting me express how much I love your wonderful daughter."
Then finally, I looked at my strength and inspiration. The person I love.
"And finally, my main girl, Dennise Michelle."
Nagtilian naman lahat ng mga nasa paligid namin. Napakamot na lang ako ng batok while smilling my face off.
"Thank you so much, Boo. For loving me everyday and for letting me love you. For inspiring me to be better and for being the most wonderful and amazing blessing that I've ever received my entire life. I feel so blessed to have you in my life and I'll do everything and anything to make what we have work 'cause it's so special to me. I love you so so much. Thank you for making all of these possible. You're the most expensive present I've receieved. Thank you so much."
Kinilig naman lahat sa paligid ko. Si Den naman inakap ako and she kissed my cheek. She even whispered "I love you" to me.
They told me na everyone in the house knows about the surprise except me. Actually ang daming tao ngayon dito. It's like my wish all came true sa saktong birthday ko mismo. Hindi ko ma-explain yung feeling eh sobrang saya lang talaga.
Complete yung family ko and everyone I love is here. I can't ask for more, this is more than enough.
After that, kinantahan nila ako tapos nagkaraoke na. I thanked and entertained everyone. Tapos sinabi ng parents ko na ditto na lang daw matulog lahat para hindi delikado kapag umuwi pa. They all agreed and they even decided to have a sleepover party. Adults are separeated from the kids hahah which I find really cool.
