That's my father's reminder to me and Kuya Nico. He even said that even though people find it too good to be true or misjudge you for being a gentleman, you should not care, for you are who you are.
People will and always will have something bad to say about you but you should stand your ground and be firm on what you believe in. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. If you feel good about it, that's all that matters. Kaya yun yung sinusunod ko para mas maging firm yung relationship namin ni Den.

Den's birthday surprise was a success po pala. Buti na lang magaling lahat ng nakasama ko to plan the surprise. Muntik na mabisto but I'm glad we're able to pull it through.
Hindi naman masyadong grand yung celebration, nagkaroon lang ng get together with her family, teammates and some of her fans.
This is what happened. ALE has a game that day but we've already planned the party to thrown for Den. As in everything's all set and si Den na lang yung kulang.
We all agreed to make her feel special on that day but make it seem like no surprise is to be executed.
We all greeted her.
I greeted her ng saktong 12:00 na alam ko sa morning na niya mababasa kasi bawal sila magpuyat but I greeted her anyway.
Then we had breakfast together after ng training nila. Bago ko siya sunduin sa training nila sa field, nagpatulong na ako kay Von, Kiefer, Laura, and ALE na i-set up na yung pre-surprise namin for Dennise.
Gumawa ako ng malaking poster na may nakalagay na "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DENNISE!" tapos meron ding balloons and post it notes done by all of us who're close to her. I made them do it nung December pa para hindi mahalata ni Den and lahat naman sila nakipag-cooperate.
Then bumili ako ng favorite niyang cake and yung gift ko is a color gray hoodie na simple lang yung design but may appeal. Nilagyan ko din yun ng note.
FLASHBACK
Ako: Happy Birthday again Baby Boo Bear! I love you so much
I said hugging her and kissing her forehead habang nandito sa Eliazo. Kakarating lang namin from our breakfast date sa Pancake House and we had her favorite pancake.
Den: Thank you, Babe. Thank you din for the greeting kaninang 12 and for the breakfast date. I love you so much too. Sige na po, I'm gonna fix my things na.
Ako: Sige po. Good luck sa game later. I'mma watch and support my little gangster.
Den: Hahah thank you, my big man.
Kiniss niya ako sa cheeks then umakyat na sa kwarto nila. Buti na lang hindi ko na siya kailangan piliting umakyat ng room niya para makita yung surprise namin sa kanya.
Alam kong nandun yung ALE sa room niya and base on my calculations on her reaction, in less than 15 seconds, tatakbo siya pababa ng room nila to hug me while I stay here sa labas ng Eliazo acting all innocent na hindi kunyari alam yung mga nangyayari.
