All day

I was good

Lots of water

No food

Lots of exercise

I lost 2 whole pounds

But then I decided to eat

Just a little bit

And a little turned into a lot

Until I binged and purged

For the first time in months

My throat burns

My eyes water

And slowly

I begin to self destruct

Ruin my relationship

Check

Ruin my health

Check

Ruin my chances at happiness

Check

Check, check, check

I fall deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole

Eventually I'll drop to the bottom

To Wonderland

To drown myself in drugs

And I won't come out

It's rather hard to find your way back home once in Wonderland

But surprisingly easy to get there

I'll get there through my path of destruction

Through all my little checks
