Sweet

The taste of chocolate makes me gag

I've been good all day

I ate more that I needed to, but it was all healthy

I only ate fruits and vegetables

And those three tortilla chips......

Healthy foods mean I can have a little reward every once in a while

So that I don't starve

Tonight I wanted a brownie

Immediately regretting it, I bit into the sickly sweet treat

My tongue rolls over the cakey unnecessary calories

I try to swallow, it catching in my throat

Bad habits haunt me and I feel sick as soon as it goes down

The devilish chocolatey goodness sits heavily in the pit of my stomach

Throwing the rest out, I make my way to the bathroom

Where the bite of hell comes back out of my mouth

Relieving my stomach of the gross, sweet, childish dessert
