Change the things I've said
Today alone
I've typed countless texts
Some apologies
Some just simple "hi"s
But all of them deleted
Because I know I can't fix it
What's done is done
The damage is already there
And there's nothing I can do
To change that
I can't go back
No matter how much I want to
I can only go forward
So forward I will go
I'll blink away the tears
There's no point in crying over something that can't be changed
