Nicko
"Babe?"
I looked up from my stack of papers as Demi walked in, wearing a pair of my boxers and a tank top, "Hey." I smiled, grabbing her hips as she sat down on my lap, "What's up?"
She cupped my cheeks and kissed me gently, smiling against my lips as I pulled her closer, "Ellen wants to do an interview." Demi said breathlessly, after we pulled away.
"Really?"
She nodded, biting her lip, "Yeah, do you want to do it?"
My hands trailed down to her ass, "Do you want to do it?"
She shrugged and rubbed my chest, "I want to hear your answer first."
I sighed, "If you want to do it, I want to do it. If it'll make you happy."
Demi pulled her lips in, "I mean, I kind of want to, because I want people to understand that I've forgiven you, and that everyone can move on with their lives."
I smiled, "Then we do it."
Demi shook her head as she smiled and leaned in to kiss me, "I adore you."
I kissed her back, letting it deepen as her hands tangled in my hair, "As I adore you."

"Come on out Nicko and Demi!"
I held Nicko's hand tightly as we walked out to the cheering audience, waving and smiling at all of them. I kissed Ellen's cheek and sat down, blushing as Nicko's hand slipped to my inner thigh.
"Well look at you two, all back together and everything!"
I laughed as the audience clapped again, "It's certainly been a rollercoaster."
Ellen nodded, "It certainly has, would one of you like to clear things up?"
I looked at Nicko who looked pointedly as me while the audience again laughed, "Well..." I began, "There was the video that I think almost everyone in the world saw, and I kind of went overboard. I mean I pretty much fled the country." Everyone laughed except Nicko and I grimaced, "Looking back it obviously wasn't the best thing to do because as much as I was angry at him, he still was Mia's father and I had taken her with me out of the country. So when I got back, he was waiting for me at my apartment and that's when I think I had started to crack because that entire night, I cried for the first time. I mean, like since the video came out I hadn't cried and when I had put Mia to bed and everything I just laid in my bed and cried for hours." Beside me, Nicko stiffened, "And then we sort of established a rhythm where Mia could still see him and our relationship was improving and slowly I was forgiving him because I truly saw how sorry he was. I mean, one of the first things he said to me was that he didn't want to get back together because I deserved the world and he couldn't give it to me." The audience aww'd and I smiled quickly, "And eventually I met a producer who I went on a date with and when I got home Nicko and I sort of had this moment where it clicked for me and I knew that it didn't matter if I forced my feelings out of the way, that I would always have that deep bond with him." I paused and smiled, "So, naturally, I pushed that down and kept dating the producer. And eventually there were horrible things that happened and abusive things and basically all I wanted to do was run to Nicko, and so that's what I did." I looked up at him and smiled as he looked back into my eyes, "And we worked things out so here we are."
Ellen smiled at the two of us, "Well that is certainly a story. I think a lot of us are very happy, including myself, that you guys were able to work things out because I mean, you're the perfect couple." She suddenly reached into the bag next to her chair, "Okay so we're gonna play a little game where it's basically the newlywed game if you know how to play..." We both nodded so she handed us the whiteboards, "Great. But there's a twist. If Nicko gets it right, Demi kisses him. And visa versa. But if Nicko gets it wrong, someone in the audience gets to kiss Demi, and the same for you Demi, if you get it wrong, someone kisses Nicko"
