Okay this is the last chapter then the epilogue. Keep in mind Shawna and Raine are going to the same University.

9 months later

“If you try and get me another blind date. I will slap you” Raine told me bluntly. I looked up at her as she sat down in the seat next to me.

“But-” I started but she interrupted me.

“I enjoy being single thank you very much” she said, putting her feet up at the table. I shrugged and took another sip of my coffee. Ever since me and Raine came to Julliard I’ve been trying to set her up with different guys on campus but she wasn’t interested in any of them.

“Whatever Raine” I told her, turning my attention back to my phone. I had been texting Jhonny non- stop for the past nine months. I missed him but luckily I could easily text him or talk to him on Skype. We had been going strong for the past nine months but sadly we barely got to see each other.

“Texting Jhonny again?” she asked, I simply nodded and continued texting. Just then our friend, Walker, came up to us and took the seat next to Raine. We greeted him and he handed me his phone.

“Why are you giving me your phone?” I asked him. We met Walker at the orientation. He was the first person we spoke to.

“Your dad has been trying to call you for a while now” he said shrugging looking as confused as I felt. My parents met him a few months ago when I invited him over to my house for Christmas. It took a while to explain to Jhonny that me harvesting any feelings for Walker was as out there as Mikael saying something that made sense.

I took the phone from him, still feeling confused. “Hello?”

“Your mother is in labour” my dad said, sounding panicked, my eyes widened and I hung up on him.

“We need to go to my house. Now” I told Raine, standing up and picking up my jacket from the chair. I couldn’t help but smile as I thought I was going to be a big sister. I hoped the baby was a girl. Raine gave me a confused look and I sighed. “My mother is in labour.” I explained. At this both she and Walker stood up and we left the café.

I waved at a few people I knew on campus as we headed to my car. Raine seemed to be lost in her own thoughts and Walker looked confused. Then again, Walker always looks confused.

“Okay, I need you to tell the professor some excuse for us okay?” Raine told Walker as soon as we reached to the car.

“Like what?” he asked.

“I’m sick; I’m finishing up a project. You could say I’m dead for all I care” Raine said, sitting on the passenger seat.

“Call me as soon as the kid is out!” he called to us as I drove off. I waved to him and me and Raine headed straight to my house which was a few miles away now that I think about it.

“Mom!” I called out as soon as we reached inside the house.

“In here!” I heard my dad call out. I followed his voice and we ended up in my parent’s room. My mom was lying on the bed in pain and my dad was looking increasingly worried. Jhonny’s father, Uncle James was sitting next to her, holding her hand while my father held her other hand. Her grip on my father’s hand looked painful and I noticed he winced a few times.

“Your brothers and Jhonny are in the kitchen” Uncle James told me. I nodded and me and Raine headed into the kitchen and I saw Junior pacing but Mikael and Jhonny were just eating.

“Jhonny!” I exclaimed happily, he smiled at me happily and pulled me into a hug, actually lifting me off the floor.

“I missed you” he told me.
